TurboTax 2014 Premier Investments and Real Estate Federal/State 2014 PC/MAC CD/DVD/Old Version

I purchased this as I was notified I forgot about some additional income by IRS & I dont have my previous version of SW. This product didnt help as it said I owe more than the IRS even said I did.

Was not aware that this was last years software (2014). Could be my fault - or maybe it wasnt clear in the product info. In any event, it was totally useless to me.

I have used Intuit for many years, including last year downloading on a Mac for the first time from the App Store with no problems. 2014 is the WORST ever!!! I dont know if it is Apple or Turbo Tax, but in April of 2015 I purchased Premier through Apples App Store for $94.99. I ended up filing for an extension and noted a problem then - thought maybe I had pulled up the wrong file, but when I went to to file for a tax extension TT acted like I never paid for it and wanted me to pay again. Should have tried to resolve the issue then but it let me file the extension using the free version. Now that it is the EVE of filing after the extension - I get all the way to the end to e-File and I keep getting kicked back to the App Store to pay $119!!! VERY FRUSTRATING. Now I am left to get up at 5:00 a.m. tomorrow to get in touch with Turbo Tax. Ive also filed a report with Apple. I will be looking for another service next year!

Not so crazy about it this year. There are some funny issues that left me uncertain about what I was supposed to do. I had one particular problem but their help line resolved it without much delay.

Chefs Arsenal/Market Warehouse supplier: I have used Intuit in the pass without a problem, and I always purchased from Amazon as the supplier. However, this supplier sold me this item and it will not completely download. I tried several times. I uninstalled and reinstalled this product multiple times to no avail. I will not purchase from Chefs Arsenal/Market Warehouse again.

Its Turbo tax and the program is easy and complete.

the federal worked fine....the state return not so much
