The plastic on the Sharp exhaust hose was decomposing and began to tear along the wire coiled spine. Although a different color, this hose fit the Sharp in room AC unit (correct diameter and threading). Time will tell how this plastic holds up.

Good product, but smaller than my Sharp model CV-2P10SC.

These are great for the price--I think I saw the ones from Whynter costing twice as much as these. Keep in mind, however, that they are made of a thinner plastic and I believe thinner-gauge wire than the original hoses, so theyre not going to last as long as the originals did.

Had a floor model AC given to me. The intake/outtake hoses were rotted, and the OE tubes were around 50 a piece. (X2) These fit perfect, and was long enough to replace both hoses for a fifth of the cost. Just have to check if you need clockwise or counter clockwise .

It was a little difficult putting it on the connection. But once on works great.

This was a perfect fit for my old portable ac. It performs as well as the original one did.
