> 24 hourI bought these for my daughter in law who travels quite a bit. She loves the color and was excited to try them out.

> 24 hourMy twelve-year-old granddaughter liked the features of this suitcase so I ordered it for her, to use on a trip we had coming up. On the day we were to travel, she started to do up the main zipper and one of the zipper pulls broke. We decided to go ahead and use just the one zipper pull and not lock the suitcase. It was easy for her to handle and maneuver on her own. The wheels seem to be good quality, and the case is lightweight. The broken zipper is unfortunate, but likely repairable. Id like to return the suitcase, but she likes it and would prefer I have it repaired.

> 24 hourEasily wheeled through the airport, this bag is a great design if you use the overhead bins for luggage while traveling. I would not recommend putting a laptop (or any other high value item) in checked baggage. The separate laptop compartment has multiple pockets for different kinds of supplies and work papers and works well. My one complaint with this suitcase is the rather kludged up locking system. It has two elongated zipper pulls securing the laptop compartment and two cables from zipper pulls on the main part of the suitcase. It works OK but is not a very robust system and I’m a bit concerned about breakage. Aside from that one minor complaint this is a well made sturdy suitacase with a nice separate built-in laptop compartment. This means the laptop can be removed to go through security checks. The retractable handle is well made and more sturdy than some other suitcases of similar design.

> 24 hourThis is a brilliant case, which I bought because someone else’s review mentioned that it fit AC’s cabin baggage requirements. Sadly, when I arrived at the airport, I found out that it was just a little too big to get into their sizer. Fortunately I was not asked to demonstrate that it could fit at the gate, so I walked onto the plane with it, but I don’t think I’ll always be so lucky!

> 24 hourThis suitcase is perfect for anyone who wants a nicely made no-nonsense piece of luggage to travel with. The zippers move smoothly and the suitcase itself fits just about everything youd need for a week-long trip. The hard shell outside helps ensure that your valuables will be protected and I love that the wheels move freely in all directions so you can navigate the airport, train, or anywhere else freely.

> 24 hourThis suitcase is the perfect size for a small child to take on a short vacation. It is sturdy and appears to be able to withstand the rough handling of a child. It has several different compartments inside. While it does have a lock system, it is difficult for a child to lock and unlock on their own.

> 24 hourPretty bummed because I wanted to love this but the darn large suitcase broke on my very first use of it. I checked it in expecting my things to be protected in this hard shell case when I received it back on the baggage claim. While nothing inside my suitcase was damaged, I was definitely disappointed to find my brand new suitcase to have a big huge dent on the corner. I’m really hoping they will replace this.

> 24 hourGreat carry on! FYI: It’s slightly larger than the allowed dimensions for a carry on of 14”X9”X22”. I really liked that the laptop compartment and the main compartment both had tsa locks. However, the pictures and videos showed the tsa lock differently than what was on my bag. The first picture is what I received (metal hoops to loop through the other locks) and the second one is what was advertised. It’s still a great bag with lots of compartments!

> 24 hourThis is the perfect sized carry-on bag. It maneuvers easily and the wheels seem durable...at least based on one trips use. The ice blue color is beautiful, too. the telescoping handle rises to a comfortable level for me at 5 9. The case seems a bit thinner than the other luggage I have in ABS material but Im entirely comfortable with it since its not a bag Im checking. The lock is something that Im going to need to watch. The directions on setting a combination are quite clear. When I first tested the lock after setting the combination, it seemed to open without the correct combination. After fiddling with it for a few minutes, that seems to have self-corrected. I guess that message is it works, but test it before you rely on it. Recommend.
