That extra one and one-half inches of height makes a big difference to people to travel a lot. Sometimes the overhead bin on an airplane will not allow for a bag that is as long as this one is. I bought the bag because it is advertised and called TydeCkare 20 Inch Carrry On Luggage Like I said, it is not 20 inches high. Worse though, it is designed internally so that one cannot easily carry even small amounts of clothing. Very strange internal design. I am considering returning the item unless I can get my travel items to fit in the oddly designed interior.

Easily wheeled through the airport, this bag is a great design if you use the overhead bins for luggage while traveling. I would not recommend putting a laptop (or any other high value item) in checked baggage. The separate laptop compartment has multiple pockets for different kinds of supplies and work papers and works well. My one complaint with this suitcase is the rather kludged up locking system. It has two elongated zipper pulls securing the laptop compartment and two cables from zipper pulls on the main part of the suitcase. It works OK but is not a very robust system and I’m a bit concerned about breakage. Aside from that one minor complaint this is a well made sturdy suitacase with a nice separate built-in laptop compartment. This means the laptop can be removed to go through security checks. The retractable handle is well made and more sturdy than some other suitcases of similar design.

This is 11pm at night a my hotel, they had to cut the zipper pulls to open. First time I used it and I never changed the Code from factory default. What a waste of $100!

After the second use, the stitching on the fabric, both inside and out, started to coming undone with a bunch of strands of random string hanging. After about ten uses, the zipper started to detach from the actual suitcase itself. Now you can stick your hand into the suitcase even when it’s completely zipped. Not a cheap suitcase price wise which it should be because after about 10-12 uses, you’ll need to buy a new one. DO NOT BUY. Spend your money on a better quality suitcase.

Brought it for my trip to Italy. It got the job done

With the amount of travel that takes place in my household, we need multiple pieces of luggage. We need to be sure that the right luggage exists for the excursion at hand and one piece of luggage I was glad to add to my set of options is this hard- sided luggage from TydeCkare. Removing this luggage from the box and cross- examining it reveals a few things to instantly like. The side opening is one. Yes, other luggage opens from the side but often, the side opening on luggage is the entire side, with a zipper that goes around the edge. With this luggage, the side opening is not right on the edge and it stops a few inches short of the wheels. I like this side opening better. On the inside, there are a good number of pockets and straps to hold things in place. Two of the pockets are just right for books, which is perfect for me because I almost always take books with me on trips. There is a waterproof section, too, which is quite convenient and makes me feel safer when I travel. The TSA lock on the side is also a nice addition. Now, for the functionality. The spinner wheels on this luggage work seamlessly. The luggage can move in any direction with ease. The handle is comfortable, too, and I like that it can extend so far. Probably the most pleasantly surprising quality is the lightness. I looked up some more facts and discovered that this luggage is made from durable ABS and Polycarbonate material. This means its stronger than other hard- sided luggage, yet still lighter than most. Only time will tell but from what I have experienced so far, this luggage from TydeCkare is an excellent means to better travel. It has durability, several storage spaces, and easy handling. With so much to offer, it gets a top recommendation from me.

Love the color and hard protective case itself. Rolls really nicely and the lock is a nice touch.
