> 3 dayThese hooks are incredible! I cannot believe how sturdy they are and how well they hold. I have one on the inside of the back (metal) door, to act as quickie coat rack to hook my coat when Im in & out. The other is on the side of the dryer (we have a stacked washer/dryer unit) and works great to hold a few items or hangers while doing laundry. These hold tight and DO NOT BUDGE. Last week when we experienced record low temps of -26 degrees I had the idea to hang a thick wool blanket over exterior door in the kitchen. It leaks air as the door seal is old; also it is french door style so it has 15 window panes and you can just feel the cold coming through. One magnet in each corner of the top of the door held up a heavy blanket for the entire weekend, and did wonders to keep that cold air from blowing into the kitchen. SO many ways to use these hooks - I will have to buy more.

> 3 dayVery sturdy when it comes to jackets and light items but can doesn’t hold up well to heavy items. For example I tried to use it to hold my laptop bag and it slid down the side of my dryer.

> 3 dayThese worked great. The magnets are so strong I accidently set them down stacked on a metal bench and couldn’t get them off. LOL

> 3 dayThese were very easy to assemble. All the parts were included. I ordered these so I could hang my purse on our metal entrance door. I like to have my purse there with keys, wallet, etc. inside so that I dont forget anything when Im going out the door (often in a hurry). When I ordered these Hubs teased that they wouldnt be able to hold my heavy purse. I received the hooks, put on our door, and my purse hung solidly -- no sliding, twisting or moving at all. Hubs was a lil surprised. He took my purse and it weighed in at 8.57 lbs. When he saw how much weight these hooks could hold solidly, he absconded with the second hook and is using it to hold a 50ft garden hose secured with a velcro strap. Im planning to order more of these. They are sturdy and hold a significant amount of weight. Now Im thinking about all the metal surfaces (refrigerator, freezer, file cabinet, etc.) where I can use these and keep items readily accessible.

> 3 dayI work in a large shop with metal walls. There are no available wooden frames to drive a screw or a nail in to hang items. You have to re-think how you organize things. I dont want to drive a screw in my metal walls, so Ive found the most useful items to use for organizing in this scenario are magnets. These magnetic coat hangers are simply the best I have ever used. It seems like the entire manufacturing process was scrutinized at every step along the way. The magnets are very powerful and they decided to apply a thin rubber coating as well so the magnet would not mar the metal surface it was applied to. Applying the rubber did not seem to hurt the magnetic power at all. The magnets held my heaviest coat without shifting. The hanger itself is a finely made casting that I could find zero flaws in. It is finished out with a smooth coating. The attachment screws appear to be stainless. These are not the cheapest coat hooks youll ever get, but youll know where your money went when you see and use them. Very happy with these.

> 3 dayVery strong magnets, seems to hold coats fine, I have these stuck to the back of my front door in my small apartment, great for hanging guest coats, don’t need a coat tree that takes up space.

> 3 dayThese seem like they would be great hooks, except for the fact that the manufacturer only included one set of the screws to hold the hooks to the magnets. I will have to return them! The magnets are nice and strong and I’m sure the hooks would work well, if I could put both of them together.

Greater than one weekThey simply work, and work well. The base magnets are quite strong with a rubberized texture. The two-pronged hooks are smooth and polished - no edges to damage material. The set arrives in a small box with all pieces individually wrapped. Need a Phillips head screwdriver to use the provided screws to attach the hooks to the magnetic bases. The magnets are strong enough that sliding them on metal is difficult, but with the hooks attached, they provide leverage that make them easy to remove. We placed one on the back of the main door for jackets, and was pleased to find the hook is shallow enough that when the door is fully opened and hits the std-sized spring doorstop, the hook does not hit the wall. Only concern is the price - $25 seems a little high, but it is a good quality product that works.

> 3 dayThese hold like theyre glued on if you have a very solid metal surface. If you go on a cruise ship, regardless of the type of room you get, youll want these! Right now I have them on the inside of my garages man-door and I hang my coat on it. It uses the new super-pulling neodymium magnets and it holds on STRONG!

Greater than one weekI really like these. Theyre bigger than I expected and stronger than I expected. They were easily put together with a Phillips head screwdriver (which was drawn to the magnet, but I prevailed). The brushed nickel hook looks modern and sophisticated. Ive wanted to hang a wreath or other decoration on my storm door for years but could never find a strong enough magnet for that until now. One of these hooks holds the wreath and a basket of goodies at the same time. I think these will prove useful in many more ways around the house. Im pleased.
