Since being introduced to this electrolyte powder by a friend who told me its a must have for the gym...Ive been consistently ordering/drinking Ultima electrolytes for about two years and Im definitely a HUGE fan of their products! I typically put a scoop in a 50oz bottle of water and drink throughout the day, and then try to continually sip on it while I workout (workouts include lifting/HIIT/running/yoga). It has significantly helped with muscle recovery and muscle cramping. Bonuses: perfect for those who want the electrolytes and minerals without added sugar (it is lightly sweetened with stevia) and mixes into any beverage without leaving a gritty mouthfeel. I get the to-go packets when Im traveling (toss them in my backpack), and it helps with hydration and swelling when Im flying. Also, havent yet had a flavor that wasnt good- but lemon is definitely my favorite!

My husband and I use this daily to add to our water bottles. I find I drink more water with this added to it. It’s a nice lemonade flavor without all the unwanted sugar. We love it!

Love the taste and no sugar

I really like this electrolyte mix. It had what I was looking for mix wise (no sugar not too high in sodium) for a daily drink not associated with high activity and large sweat loss. However! It does not dissolve all the way if you do it by package instructions. You need more water for it to dissolve all the way which for me isn’t a bad thing as I prefer less concreted flavoring any way. But it is annoying that with 24oz of water I have to shake and stir quite a lot to get it all to dissolve.

***UPDATE*** After my initial review I continued to use the product and found that for me I have to add more Apple Cider Vinegar and half a lemon and lime to my 40oz water glass plus 1 scoop of this powder. I do this daily and it is amazing at keeping me hydrated and feeling great! No more rogue muscle cramp attacks or reaching for that pot of coffee at 2pm for a pick-me-up. I actually crave my lemonade after stopping coffee at noon. I have recommended this product to my parents, who still work daily outside in 100+ heat on their farm, and they use this powder daily. Its also proven great for those going through chemo-therapy to keep mineral levels up and hydration in check. I started a subscribe and save program with this product and will continue to use it for the entire family. Excellent choice for kids rather than grabbing for dyed and artificially flavored gatorade or Powerade products that really dont hydrate or provide any trace minerals to the body properly. Ditch those other artificial hydration drinks that dont work and are toxic. Im sure that this is a great product for increasing trace minerals on a daily basis; however, its too sweet with the sweetener used and it takes a lot of shaking or stirring to dissolve completely. For people who eat a lot of processed foods and sweets I guess it would be ok, but there is an aftertaste to me. I would prefer to just have the product unsweetened and allow me to add my own sweetener. The citrus flavor is great and it comes with a little scoop. For the price, I feel like its making REALLY expensive lemonade that I could just make with ACV and a few squeezes of lemon/lime/oranges. I bought this product after watching a health video about how to make a gallon of daily detox/hydration water to store in the fridge and drink throughout the week. Maybe if I just use less of the scoop per recipe it might be better, but then I lose the potency/daily amount of the trace minerals.

Excellent product to get electrolytes

I was surprised liquid IV and other electrolyte powders had sugar in them. Seems like they’ll put sugar in anything these days. I’m not an athlete so I don’t need the sugar spike for performance. This powder is sugar free and it tastes just like lemonade. I love drinking it. Not a bad price on Amazon either.

Taste great , hydrated me even better

I love Ultima! This product has motivated me to drink more water. The flavors are amazing and there is no aftertaste! I used to only drink water in the summer, but now I drink it all year. I feel so much better being hydrated. The cost may seem high, but you don’t need a lot to get the flavor, so the jar lasts a long time. I also buy the individual packets so I can take them with me. Highly recommend!
