Two scoops a day and my nightly severe leg cramps have disappeared.

Love this flavor! I tried the blue raspberry and am not a fan. Lemonade all the way. It appears to be a bit “chunky” At first stir/shake, but those pieces dissolve completely in a minute or so. Helps with my leg cramps in a tasty way.

This stuff tastes amazing, yet has zero calories! I bought this because I have been on a keto-like diet and I noticed after a few weeks my heart rate was starting to go haywire; it was getting faster and faster, even at rest or just walking around. Ive heard elevated heart rate and blood pressure can happen sometimes with keto - the main cause is usually dehydration and a lack of electrolytes. To combat this issue, I ordered this product and within a couple days I can tell both my body and heart are responding favorably. My pulse seems to be calming down a bit - and along with it, my nerves are calming. This stuff is worth every penny.

I used this product for electrolytes! I follow a clean ketogenic diet and this really helps me. Love the lemonade flavor!

Disliked the taste, however the hydration is gives your body is the best there is out there. I drink it when I get up in the morning and throughout the day. If you feel tired just drink a large glass and your world will change. And it helps with hangovers.

Im purchasing my third container of the lemonade flavor. This one is my favorite. Ive also purchased the grape, raspberry and orange flavors. Orange is my least favorite. I just ordered the watermelon flavor today even though I think its a bit spendy, so hope its good. I drink these twice per day, once first thing in the morning and once when I get home from work. I cant tell if they really work but because its a break from plain old water I know it helps keep me more hydrated. My only complaint is that its difficult to get the short scoop into the bottom 3rd of the container. My solution is to use a similar sized 1/2 teaspoon measuring spoon that I have with a long handle that I can keep in the canister. I dont know if I get 90 servings or not but I do know they last a long time. The scoop is very tiny and its enough for a 16 oz. beverage. Another plus is Ive stopped buying the sugar loaded Gatorade drinks for good!

The reason why I took a star off is the packaging. I have huge hands, the jar is so narrow, and the scoop handle is only about an inch or an inch or two long, it doesnt even reach halfway down into the jar. I can only get two fingers in the jar. So if you are a big person with big hands, you will definitely have difficulty using this product. (They could fix this instantly by providing a scoop which reaches to the bottom of the jar!) Nonetheless, I love this product! If I drink a bunch of it before I go on a crazy hike, I perform noticeably better, and I dont get exhausted. The flavor is meh but its not torture. I dont drink it for the flavor though. Amazing tool for an active person to have in their tookit!

Great product and taste - I use this to help keep me hydrated during keto phases. But the container… I have small hands and I have extreme difficulty getting the scoop at the bottom.. I feel for anyone who is larger than me, I hope you’re hands are okay! Surely, they can fix this packaging fail to give it 5 stars..

Update: Increasing from one star to four. The company sent me a replacement unit, and this product dissolves much better than the previous. Not sure what the problem was, but I am still concerned about quality control. The first container I bought dissolved well in water so, even though I had to struggle to read the tiny white print on the yellow background of the label, I reordered. I have doubts about the quality of this product given that the second container does not dissolve nearly as easily, not even after sitting in water for a day. Whats in there - plastic? I now have to wonder about the quality of the product - is it even what its advertised? Will not order again due to lack of consistency.
