We just returned from a week long trip and both my wife and I bought Lucas Ultralights. I packed a week’s worth in this bag and didn’t even need to expand it.

Light and well constructed

Seam separated first time I used it. By the time I got back from my trip, it was too late to return it. Very cheaply made.

My old Lucas carry-on was my favorite for business travel--so lightweight, easy to lift into the overhead bins, very durable. A wheel just fell apart after at least a decade, and was happy to find Lucas is still around. The wheels on this model are much better than the old. I love it as much as my old one except I miss the flat zip pockets on either side of the luggage; very handy for my battery bank and other items.

Found Lucas luggage over 4 years ago now, and will never buy anything but Lucas. It’s not ever to begin with and you can pack a lot in without being over weight.

Great luggage. Took it to Europe for 2 weeks and it did the trick...held up well.

This product is very expensive! I used it for the first for my to Australia last August. When I got to Sydney, I found out that one of the inner zippers came loose and there was a small hope hole on the lower front. I really had nothing in the bag but my toiletries, ipad, adaptors and a small pillow. On the return trip, the telescopic handle would not slide up and down smoothly! What a waste of money. The one thing it has going for it is that it is light! I would have preferred to give it a NO star rating!

I have this model in sugarland gray with metal zippers - there are hints of dusty blue, and the tan accents are very classy. It is one of the most lightweight carry-on luggages Ive ever used, but very well made. Weight and balance is one of the features that I value most in a carry-on, and this is masterfully engineered. Ive loaded it up a lot, and it holds weight weight and does not tip! My only complaint is that the front bottom zipper broke after a few uses. Hope thats a fluke because I ordered another one. If not for the zippers, 10/10.

I purchased Lucas when my old carry on needed replacement because of a positive experience with another piece of Lucas luggage. It’s a great product. Very lightweight, doesn’t tip, pulls easily, has great zippers, and nice front pockets. I love that the expansion zipper is labeled because I always use the wrong one when I try to open my bag. I don’t see how you can go wrong for the price.

Lightweight. Well-designed interior. Spins and rolls beautifully.
