I purchased a 26 Lucas some time age. While I havent used it, I know it will be great for my needs. The 20 to compliment the set. Both are well made and will hold a lot. I have great expectations. If any problems come up on my future trip, I will update this review.

Super cute and lightweight. Just as described. One of the wheels got very worn down and messed up after only one use, which is annoying and makes it drag a little bit. Other than that, its lovely

The main zipper is defective on mine. It will not close sometimes, other times it will close, but then it pops open. As far as I can tell, there two reasons, the place where the zipper is sewn in, the two sides of teeth are separated, so it can come open from there. There are also kinks in the zipper in other places, which cause it to pop open. Basically I cant rely on the zipper staying shut. I will be returning this.

This suitcase was amazing! I put my pillow and clothes for a week and had room to spare! AMAZING!!!

I recently purchased the carry on size for this bag. I carried on once and checked it once. The one time it was checked, I received it back with a hole through the front pocket and a missing toggle from the front zipper. I reached out to their customer service regarding my warranty and was told that the bag was “mishandled” and the damage wasn’t covered by the warranty. Ummmm- isn’t luggage meant to be handled by baggage services and expected to withstand typical baggage handling. The customer service rep who responded was shockingly rude and snarky!
