This is honestly the best purchase I’ve made And I have short nails but I ride a bike so when I shift and accelerate I’m using my thumbs a lot. So unbuckling has become a problem for me. But this let me tell y’all. Life saver and it’s so easy to use. I use on a britax car seat and a chicco works great for both and literally barely any pressure needed. This is the best invention ever. My mother has arthritis and this has helped her so much they actually take my toddler out because now she doesn’t worry about getting her out of the car

This gives a great sense of independence to my 5YO to be able to unbuckle herself from her harness without me having to dislocate my shoulder while reaching back or walk around to her side to do it in inclement weather. We love this device!

I recently got acrylic nails for a wedding I was in and was really struggling to open my sons car seat with them. I’ve seen these advertised before so decided to give it a try and it works great! It’s easy to slide on and unbuckles extremely easily. My son really enjoys “helping” me unbuckle his seat with it. It will also be handy for grandparents if they need a little assistance with the button. If you are on the fence I recommend buying this product.

This product is awesome for someone with nails or not much strength. I have two and order this for my friend to help her get her grandsons out of the car seats.

I REALLY REALLY want to give this a 5 star rating but I can’t due to one small issue. I have a Safety 1st Comfort Plus car seat, for my granddaughter, that I struggle getting undone due to weakness in my hand from a stroke. The buckle is round and FAT, evidently, because I struggled to get it over the buckle even though it’s pretty large and can probably accommodate a lot of sizes of buckles. I was so afraid it was going to snap and break with how much force I was using to try to fit the buckle inside. Mind you, this was just testing it out, so there was no toddler in the car seat impending my progress. It says a lot, though, to the quality of material it’s made from. Once I finally got the buckle squeezed in there it unbuckled it with VERY little effort! So I KNOW it would work great on regular sized buckles. I will keep it though to use on her stroller. I will be ordering a different style that I found on Amazon that I hope will work with her FAT car seat buckle. Fingers crossed because this buckle is extremely difficult for me to undo for some reason. If your buckles are a “normal” size, don’t hesitate to order one of these!

This is so nice for anyone who struggles pushing that button, and my kiddo is able to unbuckle themselves safely as well, which is super helpful when they are in the 3rd row!
