Unfreedom of the Press

I hate to admit it as an American and former journalist, but Mark Levin hits the nail right on the head: the left-wing press and the globalists will destroy our society. Those of us who have worked and saved will be disenfranchised and stripped of any wealth accumulated over a lifetime of sacrifice. I don’t know that it is a concerted, controlled thing, but it appears to already be well under way. American society, like most European societies, will be lost as millions around the world migrate in search of a better life. Western societies will bear the cost of this. Western taxpayers will have to pay for this largely poor, largely uneducated, largely third-world and completely unprecedented movement of millions of people. Sadly, our unique society is being lost even as I write this.

Almost impossible to believe. Who would have ever believed that our major media would actively work to bring down our government. 90+ % of the entire industry is knowingly participating is driving this notion. The question is - do these people really want to destroy the US? They were given the freedom they have because our forefathers believed that they could be trusted to always wanted to preserve our nation and its constitution.

During my senior year of HS in 1977 my U.S. History teacher told the class that since the Communist rulers in other parts of the world in the early 1900s had come to the realization that they couldnt conquer the U.S. with their military, with our open immigration policies, they would infiltrate the U.S. through a peaceful means. immigration of highly educated people qualified to teach in our universities until they were saturated with a leftist thinking faculty. From there, they could indoctrinate the future leaders of the U.S. ( i.e. elementary school teachers, students pursuing media careers, and government leaders) with leftist ideology to lead we the people. With that plan they could silently and peacefully transform the U.S. into a leftist thinking society. Their plan had a ( approximate100 year ) timeline. I had trouble believing that that would be possible. My 20/20 hindsight proves my history teacher to be spot on and Levin explains in Unfreedom of the Press, how it was allowed to happen, what political party is behind it, and why it will continue to happen if the leftists in our media continue to lie to us with pseudo facts and deprive we the people of the real facts. This book is a true warning about the dangers ahead. I can only hope his next book is about what we the people can constitutionally do to stop it. With only 5-10% of people in the U.S. that read non-fiction books of educational facts like this one, doing it at the ballot box doesnt appear to be the answer. However its the only answer I can think of at this time. With that being said, its my patriotic responsibility to inform everyone I get the opportunity to, whether on social media or in person, of the facts Levin has presented in this book and buy it as a gift for those I know that will read it.

Great book

This should be required reading for every American. Incredible book. Laid out perfectly. Learn history and educate yourself with facts you will never here from the MSM. Youll see why after reading.

Mark once again does a great job laying out the facts and providing historical context about the media. I have read this book three times and also listened to the Audible book. And, it was great to see you at Book Revue and Mundays out on Huntington, Long Island.

Great book

This book was very comprehensive, explaining how the press has evolved from the early days of our country up until today. It also shows what a crucial role the press plays in our society and why it is vital the press not continue to be an appendage to one political party and become an institution all Americans can trust. Your brain will thank you for taking the time to read this book.

This is a must read. Was given this book as a gift and found myself totally enthralled in it and continuously saying to myself, yes that explains a lot. The media today should be ashamed of themselves and the majority of Americans who just want to prosper are starting to see through their rhetoric. Without change, the media will continue to feed us the stories and not the news. Just start reading this book and you will be enlightened by the revelation that our true enemy is among us and in an influential position to corrupt the minds of our children and/or grandchildren.
