... foundation. I do everything low carb, and for that reason, its important to me to have a protein powder that has the minimum amount of carbs, in this, case ZERO. Yay! For my first adventure with this product, I decided to have a spicy, chai - like protein drink. Heres the recipe: I poured 10 oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk into a blender bottle; to that I added 1/4 tsp of ground ginger powder, 1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon, and just the very, very edge of that same quarter teaspoon dipped into some ground cloves. I poured one scoop of this protein powder over that. Using the smaller size blender bottle, because I was making a smaller size drink, this mixed-up perfectly. The only thing that didnt stay mixed and settled, was the spices. This product itself stayed mixed and it allowed all those other great flavors to take center stage. I make cauliflower mashed faux-tatoes, and I wanted to add some of this to it, but Misses Shops too much would not let me. Since Im the one on low-carb, next time, Im doing it when shes not looking over my shoulder. Protein powder is known to have a slight thickening effect and that particular batch needed a little bit of thickening and hey the extra protein would have been nice too. I typically use a scoop of either collagen or protein powder in most of the low carb baking products that I make, and this will be going into some of those, without hijacking any flavors. I also make a cauliflower pizza crust with cauliflower and almond flour and Im thinking, again, this will be going into my next batch of those. This appears to be a quality product, a whey isolate, and I appreciate that. I will enjoy using it for my crazy creations that require a blank yet substantial foundation. I hope this review has enabled you to make an informed purchase decision. I rarely give an overall 5 star rating.

I was looking for a new pure protein powder not filled with a bunch of extra sugar and calories… and this was exactly what I wanted! I was skeptical of unflavored protein but it actually tastes better than every other product I’ve tried! Will definitely buy again :-)

Well-packaged, dissolves/blends easily with milk, cold or hot liquids. Truly flavorless, which is a nice change from a lot of those flavored brands that often have a weird or chemical aftertaste. Probably not a big deal, but the description says 1 Ingredient, while the ingredients list on the package says Native whey protein isolate, sunflower lecithin, lactase Overall, Im very pleased with this and love the versatility of being able to mix this with my morning coffee, chocolate milk, or a fruit smoothie.

Most Lactose Free Whey Protein tastes funny. This one is delicious and, based on the ingredients, is much better for you. Im a fan! Definitely ordering some more once this ones up :)

This is very high quality and clean whey isolate powder with no additives or coloring. It is unflavored so it doesnt taste like much when mixed with water. I usually drink this right after my workout to get protein synthesis going and recover quickly. I enjoy drinking this because it mixes well and there is no actual taste or grainy texture. I would buy this product again and continue to use it for its mixability and added protein benefits.

Overall, I like this protein powder but the cost is a little high. Pros: -Unflavored. Can add it to whatever beverage or food you want. -High quality isolate protein. No fillers. Cons: -The price is high, even for isolate. It is $20 a lb at the time of this writing. Typically, if you hunt for good deals, you can find isolate in the range of $8-10 per lb.

I use whey protein daily as a versatile way to boost my protein intake. Whether I make a breakfast smoothie with, use it for baking recipes, or just have a scoop with water after my workouts, I find it helpful to help me build and maintain muscle and optimize my health. This UP2U Recover Native Whey Protein Isolate Powder is a top notch product. Native Whey is great because it is it is a very pure, minimally-processed cold-filtered whey that actually has a higher amount of leucine than other whey supplements. This product also has the enzyme lactase added in so anyone with lactose intolerance issues should be able to tolerate it fine. Typically a 2 lb bag of whey doesnt have many servings in it, but because this is unflavored, you actually get 47 servings which is excellent. It tastes fine, but I often add in some cocoa powder and stevia to my blended smoothie to give it some flavor. Overall, this is a great supplement that I definitely recommend.

This Protein Powder comes in a thick plastic bag with a resealable top. The powder blends well with ice and water to create a smooth and palatable protein drink. The powder is truly flavorless and does not change the taste of the foods used in the shake. All in all... a fine protein powder.

I got this as an alternative to greek yogurt in my favorite green smoothie (im lactose intolerant). I was scared it wouldn’t be as thick since its a powder but that wasn’t the case! It came out thick and the powder is truly flavorless. Im excited to try this in other recipes and with 47 servings its a really great value! Also it does come with a scooper but I took mine out before the photo
