> 3 dayI use whey protein daily as a versatile way to boost my protein intake. Whether I make a breakfast smoothie with, use it for baking recipes, or just have a scoop with water after my workouts, I find it helpful to help me build and maintain muscle and optimize my health. This UP2U Recover Native Whey Protein Isolate Powder is a top notch product. Native Whey is great because it is it is a very pure, minimally-processed cold-filtered whey that actually has a higher amount of leucine than other whey supplements. This product also has the enzyme lactase added in so anyone with lactose intolerance issues should be able to tolerate it fine. Typically a 2 lb bag of whey doesnt have many servings in it, but because this is unflavored, you actually get 47 servings which is excellent. It tastes fine, but I often add in some cocoa powder and stevia to my blended smoothie to give it some flavor. Overall, this is a great supplement that I definitely recommend.

Greater than one weekI am an avid runner, and I also strength train around 3 days a week. On my strength training days, I always follow my workout with a protein shake. I have found a lot of terrible protein powders. So many of them become horribly frothy when blended, and still have chunks of powder leftover. Plus a lot of the protein shakes, just tend to be very thick tasting. I was super impressed with this protein powder. My favorite thing to mix it with was iced coffee, a little heavy cream, and stevia. I would blend that together, and it would make an awesome coffee protein shake. Though honestly, the consistency was thin enough to not even resemble a shake. I love that this protein powder only has one ingredient. It is simply made of whey protein without any of the other fillers. It doesnt have quite as much protein as some of the others, with 17 g per scoop, but youre also not getting all the other junk. It also has zero carbs and only 70 calories, so its definitely on the very lean side of protein powders. Overall, I absolutely love this protein powder. The only negative that I have found about it is, that it is not economical at all. I came on to Amazon hoping to purchase more, but it is way outside of my budget now. Hopefully the manufacturer will find a way to reduce the price in the future.

> 3 dayThis protein powder is great to mix into everything. I have been making smoothies, overnight oats, and avocado pudding. It’s a great way to mix more protein into whatever you are eating.

Greater than one weekMixes very nicely into my post-workout chocolate milk. There’s no chalky aftertaste or protein-tasting burps. Definitely recommend!

> 3 dayThis protein powder, while pricey, does an excellent job delivering on what it is selling. It has nearly no flavor and has no fat or carbs to dilute the protein. As a post workout shake, it can’t quite stand alone because of the no flavor for me; but if you are focused on controlling your macros, this is your powder. However the only other drawback is it is a bit pricey compared to other whey powders so that could be a bit of a barrier. But I really did like how well it worked into my banana or strawberry smoothies so if the price is able to come down some I would definitely buy again.

> 3 dayFirst off -- this isnt flavorless, it is unflavored! This honestly has a slight vanilla flavor to it. I tried 2 scoops in water and honestly it wasnt bad. I could certainly drink this straight. The point, i think, is to incorporate this into baking or cooking. Now, all of the recipes my wife uses call for chocolate or vanilla protein so im not sure how this will come in handy. Most likely i will just end up having 1 scoop of this with 1 scoop of my vanilla or chocolate to temper the flavor a bit. And thats very much OK. - Blends well, no clumps - Tastes good alone or mixed with other flavors - No added junk! Just protein!

> 3 dayAs a registered dietitian, I am very choosy about what protein I use. UP2U nutrition is the best of the best. I love the way it mixes into so many different types of recipes, I love that it isnt chalky, I love that it is flavorless and I love how high quality the product is. I highly recommend this product!

> 3 dayMy husband is an overweight ref .. so he runs a lot in season. Hes also usually available, so he gets a lot of games. I got a different recovery mix, and it has really made a difference in his ability to keep going after a night full of games. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07CBQM1XY Then he ran out of it. This one has similar claims and a similar affect on his bounce back There are 47 servings at $47 ... about $1 per serving. Nice. Im a little confused about the source country. Flavorless but slightly sweetened
