> 3 dayEANOSIC Up-Down Compression Spiral Flush Trim Router Bit Versatile dual ball bearings allow for flush cutting as well as template use. The EANOSIC Up-Down Compression Spiral Flush Trim Router Bit is a versatile and durable tool for template cutting and flush cutting. The 1/4 inch shank and solid carbide construction make it suitable for a wide range of applications from hard and soft wood to plastic. The nano coating on the bit provides added durability and resistance to wear and tear. The unique feature of this router bit is its up-down compression design which helps to compress the material being cut, which results in a smooth and splinter-free finish. This saves a lot of sanding. This router bit is especially great for template cutting projects as it provides a precise and accurate cut every time, following the template perfectly. Exceptional value for the price. EANOSIC makes exceptional router/CNC bits!

> 3 dayThis bit is 1/4 from head to toe. So the bearing is also 1/4. Ive never seen one this small. Who knows how long it will last? Ill update if there are any problems. The blue coating and/or the flute design makes this bit cut very clean! For the few materials I tried, there were no blowouts or chads left hanging on top or bottom! I didnt have any kind of chatter or wobbling that I expected. However with the tiny bearing diameter, it will definitely transfer smaller imperfections from your template to the workpiece. More so than with a 1/2 bearing. This is just a lot easier to work with. I think youll have to be careful not to rely on bit color to tell you when youre making too much heat. You wont see discoloration on this coating. I guess youd have already made way too much heat if your bit was bluing. Best to keep your pass speed under control anyway.

Greater than one weekThis is my second bit from Eanosic and just like my first one I am happy with it. It comes in a nice case for protection, and it is very sharp. It cuts material cleanly and the up down compression leaves nice edges on both the top and bottom as long as you set the bit up correctly. It is not meant to take much material off so you will need to use a bandsaw or jigsaw to cut away most of the material first. I only use it for pattern routing which is what it is meant for. Pay attention to the size of the material you are using because you may need to get a larger bit. I am using it for 3/4 material and it works great. Very happy with this bit.

> 3 dayIt cut 3/4” plywood like it was butter. Make sure the guide board is secure and long enough and dont try to handle it without one. If the wood is hard, the router will pull away from you and slice quickly into places you dont want to cut. I made that mistake trying to finish the last inch to the corner of the work table I was trying to give a straighter edge. Instead it pulled itself out of my control just long enough to make a deep gouge before I could pull it away. I just didnt expect it to cut so well. But the reason I tried it first on that was because I didnt really care much about damage, since its just a work surface that will get beat up anyway, so no big deal and it kept me from making that mistake on the shelves I was making. Not sure about how long it will last, but at least new its pretty good for the price.

> 3 dayThis is well made, every bit as good as the more expensive Freud and Rockler bits I own. It comes in its own plastic case that closely matches the size of the bit for easy storage. It may seem trivial, but I store my bits in their original packaging, and the cases on Freud bits huge, so much bigger than the bit they hold, this case is perfect for how I like to store my bits. I haven’t used it enough to speak on its long term durability yet, but there are no red flags yet as far as the cut quality or craftsmanship is concerned. Recommended.

> 3 dayI have a couple of bits from this company, and I’m impressed with the quality. This particular 1/4” bottom bearing flush cut bit is a useful size for following tight patterns or for trimming flush to another piece. You do need to make sure your pattern is accurate and smooth as any imperfections will show, given the small bearing diameter. I’d consider this a tool for precision work, rather than hogging out the edges of countertops- solid carbide is not for forcing, and the 1/4” diameter means you need to take it slow. If you have never experienced the improved quality of cut from a good spiral ground router bit, you should give this a try.

> 3 dayThis ball bearing router bit came very sharp and did a great job cutting veneer with minimal chipping or tear out. The ball bearing allows you to precisely follow a template or guide to make perfect, repeatable trims/cuts. My only observation is that for the price, this single bit was a little expensive. Overall though, it performs as advertised and did the job for me.

> 3 dayCombination up-down compression spiral trim bits are wonderful for using on material that is laminated top and bottom. It is always best to cut from the laminated surface towards the substrate in order to avoid chipping the laminate. This bit cuts the two services towards the center which is ideal when you want to avoid chipping both sides of your material. I use this for trimming melamine shelves or plywood that has a nice hardwood veneer on both sides. The bit is nicely made and well packaged. I would recommend it not just for CNC but for any edge trimming with a router.
