Update - below you will see that I wrote that while the monitor is great the leather folding stand case that came with it was not. The case stand had an awful smell with it. Bottom line up front is UPERFECT customer service immediately came to the rescue to see what they could do to help the situation. Shortly after I wrote my review UPERFECT contacted me an asked what the problem was and I told them the case smelled nasty. They asked if I would take an aluminum desk style monitor stand in lieu of the leather case. I said thank you but I really need a replacement leather case for my travel needs instead. They said okay we will with work with you on getting a replacement leather case for me, but in the mean time we will send you the desk stand free of charge. I received the aluminum stand and set it up on my desk. This stands is sturdy and holds up my 16” monitor great! It is not flimsy and for an added bonus the monitor can stand can swivel to portrait or landscape with ease. Thank you UPERFECT! I few days later I receive the replacement leather and of course I gave it a smell test. Immediately it had the hint of the other cases smell. But this time it was not punget and smelled normal. I’m a happy camper! Would I buy from UPERFECT again? Absuloutly! Their Customer Service is the reason the five star rating is deserved. They read me Patricia review and immediately went to work with me to make it right. Thank you UPERFECT! I wanted a monitor that was not low end but didn’t want to spend the money on a high end 4k. This monitor meets all my expectations for use for office and personnel use. The packaging is great, it came with all the cables you will need. It can be powered directly from my laptop (no internal battery needed) using the USB-C port or if you need to free your laptop port the monitor can be powered and view using the supplied mini HDMI and the USB-C cables. It is a large 16” that’s is super bright and resolution, clarity and refresh rates that are top notch. What I don’t like is the protective case. It has a nasty smell! I wish I could have it replaced. I’m not sure what it is made of but it definitely smells bad!

I honestly didn’t know what to expect from this monitor. But after reading other reviews I decided to go with this instead of the asus portable gaming monitor. I plugged my steam deck into it and immediately it registered and displayed the screen with amazing brightness and refresh rate. I’m glad I purchased this monitor as it’s also extremely lightweight and easy to travel with as I travel for work this is just the icing on the cake. Don’t be thrown off by the brand name this monitor easily beats many brand names especially in the gaming area. Highly recommend it to anyone.

Ive had this monitor for over a year now, and ran into some issues with USB cables. UPERFECT Support was incredibly helpful in remotely troubleshooting (had to send some pics/videos back & forth) and ultimately shipped me a brand new monitor to resolve the issue. Once I had the second monitor to test with, I was able to isolate the issue and resolve it with my original monitor. They provided the shipping label and everything, so this is about as easy as it gets. I have to admit, I was skeptical of the 2yr warranty on an Amazon purchase, but UPERFECT really impressed me with their responsiveness and action. Thank you!

2560x1600@120Hz and sound all works with a single cable from a USB4 port. The chassis is thin, light, and well built with great fit and finish. The build actually feels nicer to me than the much more expensive LG gram view. I found this for $170 new and hesitated getting it because the price seemed too good to not have some drawbacks. I havent found any. It really was just a good product for a good price.

I had tried a 13” UHD competitive monitor but is was gravely defective out of the box. I replaced it with this 15.6” one after checking some competitive reviews. No set up required. Power & video one USB-C cable off my 65W Surface Pro 7 (which has solid power off the USB-C). Excellent picture, responsive for daily business use (eg Salesforce, Office 365, etc.) Lightweight but quality build with quality cables and compact wall charger (if your laptop can’t power the display off ISB-C). It’s only my first day using it, but very happy so far!

Initial monitor did not save settings, and even with the brightness control set all the way up, was not very bright. Customer service replaced the monitor with another model that was also 2K, but only 60hz. This replacement model remembered its settings (hdmi with external power), and has two modes of brightness. When powered only from the USB-C along with the video signal the brightness is lower, maybe about 350 nits, but when powered (pass though power to the monitor first) the monitor is really bright. In addition the replacement model has a standard size HDMI connector and is lighter that the 120hz model. Kudos to the UPerfect Customer Support team for doing all they could to make a happy customer.

I recently purchased a portable 4K monitor from this brand and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The monitor is conveniently portable and easy to carry around, making it the perfect addition to my setup. The screen specs are excellent and the picture quality is impressive, making it a joy to use. What really stood out to me was the attentive support team. When I encountered issues with the shipping, they promptly responded to my inquiries and resolved the issue. Additionally, when a pixel died on my monitor, they honored their extended warranty and resolved the issue for me for free, which I greatly appreciated. I bought this monitor for my desktop. Its smaller and fits better on my desk than my old one since its meant to be portable. However, its also just an overall upgrade from the one I had been using. It had no way to change the brightness or other picture settings, and this one does have settings and looks so much better without even having to tweak it. My computer only has a VGA port, so I had to get a VGA to HDMI cable and an HDMI to Mini HDMI adapter for it to work with this monitor. My sister had an extra cable, and I bought the adapter for $9, (plus $6 shipping bc I dont have Prime) so it wasnt too much of a headache to get what I needed for it. If your computer has an HDMI port already, the monitor comes with a cable to convert it to Mini HDMI. The power cable isnt very long, so I used an old phone charger instead of the one it came with. I tried to connect my phone to it, but I think it only works with the latest versions of Android as it just tried to use it to charge and wouldnt let me change the settings. Overall, I am very satisfied with this monitor. Ive only been using it for a short period though, so I have no idea about its durability or longevity. I really cant find anything about this product that I see as a downside, at least compared to the monitor I have been settling for for eight years now. Ive been long overdue for an upgrade, and I believe this is it.
