> 24 hourThis is my 3rd ips portable monitor. The first was an expensive but well featured AOC, the IPS bight spots on that monitor were unforgivably bad. The second was a ViewSonic 15.6 inch IPS and its very good. I wanted a 2560 ish display and 120-144 hz IPS monitor replace the AOC for a mobile work bag. More pixels and good colors for work and high refresh rate so I can also game on it. For the price I paid $170+ tax this monitor is great, minimal IPS backlight bleed, pretty saturated colors and its nice and bright. The one issue for me is the display is set to 20/100 backlight by default and does not seem to remember this. I wish it was set to 100 by default. It seems to not wake up with my computer either. This is more of an annoyance than a deal breaker but thats the worst aspect for me

> 24 hourProduct Review: I ordered 2 of these monitors for use while traveling for work and for working from home. One of the 2 monitors was defective when it arrived and didnt work, the other was simple plug and play set up. I havent had any issues with these monitors since receiving my replacement for the defective one. Theyre lightweight, good picture quality, and easy to use. The only thing I would have liked to see is the ability to flip the cover orientation when using it as a stand so that I could have the I/O ports on the other side to keep them closer to the computer when I have one on either side of my laptop. As they come, the magnets only hold to the monitors on one side/orientation, but it isnt a huge issue. I have not tested these with gaming yet, but theyve worked well for working and streaming video so far. Customer Service Review: That all being said, I ordered this specific brand due to seeing other reviews about their customer service being good and Im glad I did. As I mentioned, one of the 2 monitors arrived defective and not working. I reached out to their customer service and worked with them to resolve the issue and had a replacement monitor by the end of the week within 7 days of the original monitor arriving. They responded within 24 hours and did their best to work with me around my upcoming travel schedule to make sure I received my monitor before leaving town. They have been persistent about requesting a review, which has taken me a while to get around to due to being busy with work and life, but I have no issue leaving a review because of the service I was provided.

> 24 hourI bought this monitor as a replacement for my Asus Zenbook, and it was my best decision. This monitor has higher brightness, resolution, and refresh rates for the same price if not lower. Also, this monitor felt very well built in the hands. Outstanding support too!

> 24 hourComing from years of using an Apple Cinema Display for my workstation, I was looking for something more compact that had good USB-C support (sufficient power delivery for a Macbook 12 Retina and the ability to act as a hub). 4K wasnt a must-have, but at the price point, and because I find the added sharpness of a 4K display helps with legibility of text (for coding 8 hours a day), I decided to indulge. This monitor checked all of these boxes - so order placed. TL;DR: This monitor completely satisfies my needs, presents a beautiful image, functions very well, and is backed by top-notch support. It presents a stunningly sharp image with vibrant colors, is bright enough in a sun-lit room that I dont have to push the brightness setting to 100%, works fine with power delivery (be sure to use the provided USB-C cables to connect the computer and monitor; some of my other data cables would not work), and the single USB-C OTG port allows you to connect a USB device - a blessing when used with a machine like the Macbook that sports a single USB-C port. This means that, when combined with a powered USB hub, this monitor makes a complete docking solution. Some more incidental aspects: The OSD control includes a thumbwheel-type rocker switch that you press in when selecting a menu option. I like the switch, and the interface is quite intuitive, but I could see perhaps some people - with large hands, maybe - finding the rocker switch to be a bit fiddly due to its small size and the need to depress it. Another aspect to consider is that the power button must be depressed for a few seconds to turn the unit off. This makes sense, as otherwise it might be too easy to accidentally turn off the monitor, cutting power delivery and disabling the OTG device, but Im used to leaving power saving mode off and turning off the monitor when Im done with it - so this is a minor annoyance for me. The included magnetically-attached case / temporary stand works very well, with notches for two different angles (though I have since put it on a stand using VESA mount and M4x6mm bolts). Heres where my experience with UPERFECT support comes in. I use this as my main monitor for programming work, and I like to work with dark backgrounds. The unit I received did seem to have two significant light leaks that were out of the ordinary. I suspected it might have something to do with the way the screen was mounted in the case. I think that for a lot of uses, especially with those typically light backgrounds, these leaks would have gone unnoticed. I debated whether I could just live with them - but in the end they seemed to be distracting enough that I felt I would have regretted not inquiring about an exchange. I reached out to UPERFECT, and they replied within 12 hours, offering to send a replacement. They assured that they would check the replacement panel for light leaks or other issues. I thought they mentioned something about an overseas warehouse, so I was prepared to wait a while for a replacement. Imagine my surprise when less than two days later a replacement monitor shows up that was actually shipped from nearby, within the US. This unit had no issues with light leaks and has been performing brilliantly. They provided a return label for shipping, as expected. In all communications, they have responded promptly - within 24 hours - and have been courteous and professional. All in all, this is a very affordable and versatile unit with amazing image quality, backed by excellent support. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this monitor!

> 24 hourI bought this monitor mainly for travel, to my surprise, its lightweight, completely portable, and fits into any backpacks easily. The monitor displays videos in 4k 60 hz HDR quality, it also offers Adobe RGB color profile for color accuracy, for this price, its a great bang for your buck! The only complaint I have is the USB C ports, which dont seem to withhold cables too well—the cable can come out of the port very easily even if you just slightly move the monitor—However, the UPerfect team was nice enough to offer me a free U-Shaped USB C adapter to plug in to the port, and that solved the problem. With the quality, the price, as well as the level of customer service you get, there is nothing else in the market that beats this product, I hope the UPerfect team releases a newer version of this product that would hopefully solve the USB C port problem.

> 24 hourI recently purchased a portable 4K monitor from this brand and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The monitor is conveniently portable and easy to carry around, making it the perfect addition to my setup. The screen specs are excellent and the picture quality is impressive, making it a joy to use. What really stood out to me was the attentive support team. When I encountered issues with the shipping, they promptly responded to my inquiries and resolved the issue. Additionally, when a pixel died on my monitor, they honored their extended warranty and resolved the issue for me for free, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I had an excellent experience with this brand and would highly recommend their products to anyone in the market for a portable monitor. The quality of the monitor, combined with the excellent customer service, makes for a winning combination. I would definitely buy from this brand again in the future without hesitation. 5/5 stars!

> 24 hourI was pleasantly surprised by this little monitor! It exceeded my expectations for picture quality and performance. Super light weight - great colors - and fluid motion. Note for Xbox Series S users - the Series S cannot output 1440p or HDR that isnt 4K, meaning output from the console is limited to 1080p SDR. This monitor is so small and the colors are so nice that its hard to really tell. Its a fantastic pair for my xbox s!

> 24 hourPicked up this screen to accompany my 16inch MacBook Pro as a travel Screen. It’s so far exceeded my expectations and given me a nice display to accompany my laptop screen. I also love that uPrefect does not use the extra large branding on their products so you set up is nice and clean looking. Thanks UPerfect!

> 24 hourWell built, good picture quality. Way more better picture than on Asus Scar 15 2k stock screen. For its price - I cant wish more. The only drawback - it cant get full brightness when powered from laptop. It just turns off. But it bright enough to not force you to do that. With separate power supply that problem goes away.

> 24 hourI got the folding stand thing figured out once, it sucks for being intuitively easy to setup… last one I referred to one of the photos to figure it out, but this time it isn’t obvious and I’ve again spent minutes trying to get it figured out… One photo is worth… a LOT of frustration It seemed nice, I fell for the lightning deal ($100 off a $90 higher price.. current price is about what I paid…) Monitor seems nice, but don’t want to use it flat so I will have to figure out the stand… if they had made a food out stand and skipped the fancy, but useless thing, that would have been better… OK, got it figured out and the stand is bouncy… and I don’t trust it to not just fall flat back, so my solution is to lean it against something… Update: had the thing upside down… Got it again…20 minutes to get setup… make sure you don’t get the flip cover on turned around… and the rubber feet go down… I forgot about the feet existing, been a while since I used it…
