Bought this monitor because I travel often and work from hotel rooms. Having a second screen is invaluable for me! I shopped around and picked this one with a backup choice if I didnt like it. Let me tell you! Its a game changer. Super easy with the correct USB C thunderbolt cable. Literally just connected to a USB port on my MacBook Air M2 and it pops on. No issues with lag, screen is bright and was able to use for hours. I mentioned the customer service because I brought the wrong cable on my first trip, I emailed them with pictures and they immediately identified the problem. They offered to ship me a new cord at my destination. Being that I was in France it wasnt an option but they refunded me $20 to compensate for me going to buy the correct cable. Didnt have to do that so much appreciated. Highly recommend this monitor for an additional screen either at home or on the road!

This is the second monitor Ive bought for my ps5. This one is better quality than the other one. Better colors. Better size. More portability. Really enjoying it so far. Best part is, it does not need separate power source. I can plug it in to the ps5 and power it from there. Overall very happy. Thinking about purchasing another one. I had to come back and change the rating slightly. When I recieved the monitor, there was a card inside the box for a free accessory. I made contact to get my accessory. They responded very quickly, which to me was good cause if I need support they were responsive. Then here comes the tricks. First they say they are happy to send me my accessory, but I need to leave a review, see above. I left an honest review and informed them I did so. Then I get an email saying here is the link for the accessory, and that I need to purchase it and then they will refund me, making it free. So Im just here telling everyone that although it is a good monitor the bait and switch left a bad taste in my mouth.

Looks great, cover does the job but isn’t particularly suited to adjusting the angle outside of a very small range. Power pass through works as expected. Controls are a little fiddly and the speakers are terrible. Vertical alignment needs a stand high enough to clear the cables or controls. If I could give it 4.5 stars I would these are all minor complaints but make it not quite a 5 star product.

I bought two and tested them on the laptops for three days to get familiar and see if they function as expected which they do. Easy to hookup using the HDMI and an external c power source. We use in the portrait mode so a separate stand is really needed. Here is the one we use. One thing to consider. The monitor was spot on as it is and the biggest time issue was going through Amazon to figure out what would be a better cabling system for our use. I did not mind spending the money as the product seemed well worth it. Kind of a different perspective - find things to make this product even better. Oh, the supplied cables all worked well.

I was tired of having (2) 27 inch screens for a dual monitor set up so I went with this portable monitor. The image is clear and has 120hz for smooth gaming! Never have I ever thought that having a portable monitor as a secondary monitor would be so ideal... You save so much more room and the image quality is still as good as having an identical monitor to your main. The original hdmi to mini hdmi that came with the order was unfortunately too short for my needs so I had contacted and asked UPERFECTs customer support if I could have a longer replacement. They kindly explained to me that I would need to search and find one on my own and that they would happy to reimburse me. Everything took roughly 2-3 days to sort out and that is really fast! I 100% would be purchasing again and would highly recommend their monitors. A+ products, A+ Customer Service Thanks!

Video quality is very smooth and has no stutter.Very good brightness and fully adjustable for dark rooms

Like the title says this monitor is dope small portable and looks great it’s even a higher resolution than my ultra wide I primarily game on. Using this as a second monitor is well worth it, when I had issues with power supply the support was insanely helpful!

I purchased this monitor because Im a graphic designer and will have to do some work while abroad. Especially for the price, Im really happy with what I got! The colors are vibrant, the picture is crisp, and overall I dont feel I have to worry about being able to get my work done effectively. However, I do have a couple of complaints. The kickstand case is pretty finicky and doesnt stay all that well, so be careful how you place it and work around it. Also, the cables are short to the point that its almost silly, so definitely recommend getting a power strip to bring along as well.

Overall, there are some cheaper 16 external LCD with 2560x1600 QHD resolution, but those do not have 100% RGB color, 500 nit brightness, and 120Hz refresh rate. If budget is your first priority and you only care about the resolution, then there are other monitors that are at least 40% cheaper. If you like to pay a little extra to get the best you can, then I think this one is worth considering. The monitor come with a 20W AC adapter, two USB C cables, one HDMI cable and a magnetic attached cover/stand. The screen looks beautiful and single USB C can provide its power plus the video signal. There are two USB C connectors on the monitor, to maximize the brightness, you will need to connect external power (through a 20W ac adapter) through one of the USB C connectors. So far, I have two complaints: There is a rocker switch to you to change setting and to adjust the volume, and this switch feels cheap and I am concerning the longevity. The second complaint is the provided USB cables are only 3 ft long, to use AC adapter, I think 6 ft are more ideal length for a power cable. Other than that, everything works perfectly and I really enjoy the additional real-estate while working on my laptop. Overall, I recommended this monitor. Considering the 120HZ, 16:10 ratio high resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 100% RGB, I think this monitor is definitely worth its price.

I bought this monitor mainly for travel, to my surprise, its lightweight, completely portable, and fits into any backpacks easily. The monitor displays videos in 4k 60 hz HDR quality, it also offers Adobe RGB color profile for color accuracy, for this price, its a great bang for your buck! The only complaint I have is the USB C ports, which dont seem to withhold cables too well—the cable can come out of the port very easily even if you just slightly move the monitor—However, the UPerfect team was nice enough to offer me a free U-Shaped USB C adapter to plug in to the port, and that solved the problem. With the quality, the price, as well as the level of customer service you get, there is nothing else in the market that beats this product, I hope the UPerfect team releases a newer version of this product that would hopefully solve the USB C port problem.
