> 3 dayI paid for this press with my money and this is my Review! First of all, I got this press with Prime/free shipping and unbelievably showed up in less than 15 hrs. so BAM!, I was already happy. I bought this to press rosin to make edibles because Im tired of smoking but I like 420. Everything was well packed in 1 big box. Nothing broken, thick foam padding, not styrofoam. Takes about 20 minutes to bolt on the legs (comes with nice quality tools, 4 extra bolts and 2 extra fuses) and remove more packing material. I am a complete novice so this is my learning process. What I have learned is this thing a built like a tank and serves my needs perfectly. Im pressing large buds, 1/8s and 1/4s. I have only tried bags a few times and I dont know what the hell Im doing with those. I think I need a block pre press thing. Its a 6 ton bottle jack with good quality heat blocks, thick bamboo insulation and dual heat controls. I took pics, checkem out! I cant imagine needing much more pressure but it is capable of bumping up to a 8 ton bottle jack but it gets the job done for me. I wish the power box had rubber feet because it slides all over the place. So I glued 4 little rubber feet I took from something else. I also changed the kotter pins and put 2 bigger ones in each whole thinking it would be tighter. Didnt change much but I feel better I guess. As far as what it produces, thats the real learning part. The quality of the product you press makes a huge huge difference. But I will say that on the 2 weeks Ive had it, Im getting better and better. It heats up quick and doesnt take up much space. And I use it standing up, not tipping it on the removable legs and it works fine for me. Great for beginners, slightly upgradeable, heat blocks are great quality and easily transferable should you choose. To build it yourself would cost about the same. This thing is rock solid, you would have to a real nimrod to break this thing or be trying to. I have learned and am learning everything on youtube, best library EVER! I gave this press 5 stars because its made well, has quality components, simple to set up and use, its under $500 and it works great for me.

> 3 dayI got this press a year or so ago. Dont use it that much really and since day 1 it was problems. The bottle jack wouldent hold pressure had to have them send a new one. Then the plates started giving me issues now heating up to accurate temps and then got out of alignment somehow and has killed my yields and just completely discouraged me from pressing. When you press yield is everything a average yield is 20% return. So when the press isnt working right your getting maybe 10 or 12% and just wasting it. Dabpress hasent offered to do anything. Except tell me to fix it myself. Ill add that its past warranty wich is only 1-year. Wich is also odd for somthing built of steel. This thing is to heavy to ship and I guees Im just stuck with it at this point. Im tired of messing with it and trying to fix it and dabpress is in contact with me but only offering advice on trying to fix it. Ive done everything that they have reccomended and hours of time wasted reading forums as well on how to fix it. At this point Im just ready to count it as a loss and look for a new one somwhere.

> 3 daySo far so good. Definitely a little trial and error. Humidity of flower is critical.

> 3 dayThe price is what got me to purchase this press. Also the plates can be adapted to a different hydraulic press if you so choose.

> 3 dayinstructions dont tell you how to attach the legs to the machine, nor do they tell you how to initially turn on/ operate the machine. Its not rocket science so i figured it out after a little bit, but instructions should be clear. however once the machine is set up it is awesome, so worth the price. would be 5 stars if i didnt spend 10 minutes trying to put it together and an hour waiting for the plates to heat up just to realize i didnt turn on the plate switches (yes theres a main power switch AND plate heat switches)
