> 24 hourThe bag itself is great. My only ding on this item is the handle on the top which is utilized to pull the bag through the airport. From the parking garage all the way to check in I was constantly hitting the bag into the back of my knee. If you are having a good day, sure you might not notice it the first two-three times. Heaven forbid somebody cuts you off on the way to the airport. Next thing you know youre yeeting that thing at the poor check-in worker.

> 24 hourIts really disappointing that this bag does not also accommodate the Cruz. We have both strollers. It literally misses the mark at less than 2 inches! Its also not easy to figure out how to place the stroller in the bag. They need to have better instruction.

> 24 hourI purchased this because of the TravelSafe Protection included. I thought it was very generous. However, as soon as I received it I looked on the box and it said in small letters Program benefits are contingent upon your gear being under its original warranty, which means that the most youll get out of this benefit is 2 years, and if you are out of warranty, youre out of luck. I thought that made this listing very deceiving because it has all the information except for those critical details. I immediately returned it. We still have a year on the warranty. They make TravelSafe such a huge feature that they even include it in the listing name, that I feel omitting this term is very dishonest. For the premium investment on just a Travel Bag, its not worth it. Well pick up one of the aftermarket bags that cost less and protect better.

> 24 hourIf you plan on traveling with your UPPABaby stroller, then this travel bag is a must. Its essentially an insurance policy on your investment. Be sure to register the bag (and stroller) on your UPPABaby app or over the phone. You can pack the stroller with either the bassinet or the toddler seat into the bag, and if anything is damaged while in the bag, it will be covered for replacement. We traveled across the country by plane and train for ten days, and our stroller fared perfectly. Not a scratch. I recommend this bag 1,000%!

> 24 hourHard to get in, but a great sturdy bag. Practice before you go so you don’t struggle at the airport! Wheels are great for rolling thru the airport.

> 24 hourThis product does the job. Overall it is just a bag to put the stroller inside. The issues are that once its inside the handle is low making for an awkward pulling experience. Also it is such a tight fit to get the stroller in and out and is not intended to do it quickly. The pro on this is the guaranty that the brand will cover your stroller is something happens. My advice just go out and by a $50 stroller for trips instead. Also the bag takes up lots of space when not in use as it doesnt fold up nice and neat.

> 24 hourWe had to watch quite some YouTube videos to figure out how to fit in the stroller. After some practice we finally figured it out.

> 24 hourTravel bag kept the stroller safe on our recent international flight. All parts arrived undamaged. Highly recommend especially if stroller is still within warranty.

> 24 hourGreat bag to protect large investment in stroller. We flew cross-country in April and all together had 6 flights. This bag protected the stroller very well. Keep in mind you must gate-check the stroller in order to be covered under Travel Safe program by UppaBaby. I had no problem wheeling it through the airport, however I am 51 and my husband who is 60 found that the bag kept hitting his foot and would remove his shoe at times. I was the main wheeler for this reason. The bags black strap on back did break, but since it was registered with TravelSafe and was gate checked, after providing boarding passes, we were sent a new bag free by UppaBaby. Will be using again in future travels!
