UPPAbaby VISTA Travel Bag with TravelSafe

Very impressed with the UppaBaby travel bag for our Vista stroller. Well constructed with ample padding. If you are an UppaBaby stroller owner its worth getting their travel bags as UB will repair or replace your stroller if anything happens while in transit with the bag.

It does not stretch at all .. it took me an hour to fit my stroller in it .. it was so hard to zip it up .. I almost thought I was going to rip the zipper out with me struggle to forcing it in. But , when I did fit it in it works amazing . The material was OK.

Used it for long overseas trip and it held up to all the banging around the airport. Great case

Stroller broke in travel bag, however, uppa did a quick shipment for the replacement parts. GREAT service, Very satisfied.

So I am determining whether or not to return this. For $130 I would expect it not to be ruined on the first leg of my flight. I gate checked it, since we had to make a tight connecting flight - literally it came delivered on the belt with holes in it after ONE flight. You can see inside the bag from the holes. I love my stroller, but I dont think it will last one more flight of only gate check-in with this bag.

Fits the stroller fine but a better design would make it easier to pull. It was bulky and annoying to lug in the airport.

Very usefull

I purchased this because of the TravelSafe Protection included. I thought it was very generous. However, as soon as I received it I looked on the box and it said in small letters Program benefits are contingent upon your gear being under its original warranty, which means that the most youll get out of this benefit is 2 years, and if you are out of warranty, youre out of luck. I thought that made this listing very deceiving because it has all the information except for those critical details. I immediately returned it. We still have a year on the warranty. They make TravelSafe such a huge feature that they even include it in the listing name, that I feel omitting this term is very dishonest. For the premium investment on just a Travel Bag, its not worth it. Well pick up one of the aftermarket bags that cost less and protect better.

This bag is quite excellent.

As others have mentioned, getting the stroller in to this bag takes a good 5-10 minutes and requires 2 hands (so effectively you need a baby carrier or a second set of hands to even use). What took this bag from annoying to awful for me though is that sometime on our last trip either from the gatecheck or the stroller tires, the bag developed an unquestionably strong stench of urine. Even though this product is designed to sit on runways etc. it is not made of waterproof material and it is spot clean only. UPPABABY suggested we try spot cleaning it and letting it air dry. To remove URINE. Oddly enough, it didnt work and their subsequent emails were even less helpful and increasingly insulting. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. We now have a $125 bag that we dont feel comfortable using.
