ТurboTax 2019 Home and Business - Only for Windows - PC - DVD (Turbotax 2019)

I have been using Turbo Tax since it first came out, way back. Always worked, always easy, until this year with this version. It is even being installed on the same computer as the last few years. I bought it, installed it, updated it and got this error when trying to start a new return. Uninstalled, reinstalled multiple times, no change. Returned it and got a replacement, same thing, same error, multiple times. I cant believe Intuit has produced a product like this after all of these successful years. I have submitted two support requests and have received zero response over a 2 week period. I returned this twice, because it would not work both times. Went to another local store, purchased the same thing and noticed the box and security is very different, this one has no security seal, the store bought one does. Took it home, installed much faster than this one, the local one asked me to enter license code, this one did not and the new one installed and worked flawlessly the first time. I was in and working in about a fourth of the time. I am quite convinced that these versions on Amazon are not real, legitimate versions, but tainted copies. STEER CLEAR of the versions on Amazon.

Bought the disk for Tax Day July 15th, it didnt work. I filed an extension and forgot about it. Now it came to the extension deadline and I go to try it again, same problem. I finally called up Intuit, looked at the reviews here, and found out it was a fake/resale/scam. Regardless of this, Intuit helped me out and gave me a copy. So in short, report this seller Romeoss for scamming.

Everything I expected. HOWEVER, if you don’t have a knowledge of the forms your business used in the past, you may miss out on some credits you’re entitled to. By this, I mean that it will skip some of the lesser used business deductions. I had to search for one of the ones that gives me a pretty significant credit. And it does not carry this over to the following year. IMO, if you’re using this program every year, I would expect it to know which forms have been used in previous years and at least ask if I want to use it again.

Love Turbo Tax. Easy to use & fast. Have been using it for years.Great product.

TurboTax is an excellent tax software if new and not used. The supplier of this software sold me a used software and accordingly cannot be downloaded. Requested another copy but the same result -cannot be downloaded . Both of the software have the same exact license code and no security device for the box. This was FRAUD. I am afraid to buy now from Amazon. Amazon should screen the supplier. Learned my lesson.

I have been struggling with this now for 3 hours trying to get it to work and I get the same thing over and over. An error message and then nothing of I just get kicked out. Tried tech support and they are non-existant. Last time with Turbo Tax for me!!!!!!

The number code wasnt valid so i had to get help through support and thankfully they gave me a new code

After been using Intuit TurboTax (CD versions) to complete my Federal Tax Returns for the last 15 years without any kind of problems, I received this defective 2019 disk that failed to install correctly. I first tried to install it in a PC with Windows 10 and failed. Later I tried in another PC with Windows 7 Professional and it failed too. Then, I tried to install it again in the first PC using the Download method and their system blocked the installation because It was already installed in another computer. Calling their Customer Services required around a half hour of my time waiting for an agent and about another hour under the guide of one of their expert agents (who was really helpful) trying to solve the problem. At the end, the agent decided the disk was clearly damaged, asked me to uninstall the portion already installed and gave me another License Code to re-install a new download version. I have not finished working withit yet, but apparently, this new installation is finally running right.

I tried to upload the disc and kept getting error messages. Called Intuit today to report the problem and they verified that the error code showed that the disc I was sent was a “burner” disc not an original Intuit disc. I had to buy a new program from Intuit.

Product would download successfully but would always give an error code when trying to open. I contacted customer service at TurboTax 8 times. Twice I was told they were working on it and to call back with my open case only to have no open case horrible
