Exactly what my kids needed for art class and good price.

After trying a two pack, I bought a small truckload of these for my students to use. Handy spiral, nice size, and a really good deal for the price. Most of all the respectable quality 60 pound paper and 100 sheet count make these sketch books very versatile for students to experiment with drawing media and techniques.

Nice bundle of two sketch pads, however find sheets thinner than I thought they would be. I should have payed attention to details.

The pad is nice. The paper has reasonable thickness, but it seems to be just a couple of steps up from printer paper. Its not as smooth and slick as printer paper, this does have a bit more roughness, but its good for drawing on. Lead WILL smear all over the place on this paper with little effort, so if youre thinking of using it professionally, for production, youll probably end up frustrated. I use it just to sketch throwaways simply for the practice of it and its quite useful for that. The pad itself is very thick as it has 100 individual pages. And while its small, dimension wise, the thickness makes is not as portable as I thought itd be. I have a small 13 inch laptop with a bag that I take with me everywhere, and this pad would not fit in it due to it being very thick and from the massive size of the ring. I would have loved something half as thick with no ring to be able to fit it in my bag. But overall, I am happy with the product as it is and would probably buy more as I need it.

I am an Artist and have been for most of my life and I am 70. So when I was looking for a sketch book for my Grand daughter I saw this deal and knew of the product and saw the price and thought yes I will buy that for her.
