> 24 hourI recently purchased a different USB C hub with ethernet and that product got so hot that the device would sporadically stop working. I replaced that hub with this IDSonix hub and the IDSonix one works great. It stays cool, never gets hot even after streaming Netflix for 30 min, and ethernet speed reached the max for my internet plan at 420mbps.

> 24 hourThis is a great option if you have business or personal travel and need to have a USB hub to add ports to your laptop for charging things like your smartphone, headphones, watch, or LED lighting kit. As you can see from the pictures, the hub is small enough to put in with your other accessories and they didnt make the cord annoyingly long to where it just adds additional wires all over your laptop setup for travel. The hub also is great if you have a socket power adapter and just want to use the port as a charger in your office area for all your USB accessories whether at home or in a hotel. Out of the box, I was able to plug the hub into an available port in my laptop and then connect an iPhone one of the 4 USB connectors and get a charge just as fast as if I didnt have the hub at all. A great travel accessory that just works!

> 24 hourAdapter has 3 USB C inputs, and 1 Ethernet input on the end. The plug output is a USB C, which fit my MacBook Air perfectly. Blue light indicates power when plugged in. I ordered this as I never have enough jacks in my MacBook Air and I need to have my external camera, monitor and mouse plugged in at the same time and be hard wired for better video performance (than over wifi). Adapter is light and travel friendly, but made of hard brittle plastic that may break if dropped or crushed. Plug would be more durable if it was covered in the carbon fiber mesh like other adapters.

> 24 hourIf youve only got USB-A ports on your computer as I do, this kind of hub is getting harder to find-- most offerings are aimed at the modern USB-C connector with power delivery features. I plugged this into my legacy desktop and used it with a variety of USB-A devices like thumb drives and external portable 2.5 drives. They all worked brilliantly without muss or fuss. At the time Im writing this theres even a digital coupon bringing this from being a decent value to an unbeatable one.

> 24 hourI confirmed that all 4 ports work. The cable is better than having a rigid connection, but it is short enough that some configurations wont work well. For example, it wont stay on top of a closed laptop without something to hold it in place. And if I put my laptop on top of my printer, I just barely have enough space on the printer to hold the hub. If you have lots of desk space this wont be a problem for you.
