The only complaint I have is that its a little difficult to tell which port is which without the booklet that tells you. I wish they were a little better labeled. But it works exactly as advertised, and looks really cool.

Mine came a bit defective with the lower ports really tight where the USB wire would be very stiff and tight to insert into. Overall I am satisfied with this USB device, was just hoping for better quality control.

I bought the multi colored one but when I got it it just had a multi colored packaging over it. It didnt come with a charging cord which would have been ideal.
