At first it worked great, but right after the Amazon return window closed it stopped charging any devices. I tried multiple plugs multiple cords and devices. It lights up just wont charge.

I needed a 12v USB C charger for my car and this fit the bill. It has 3 USB A and one USB C port. If you plug one device in it charges pretty quickly, the more devices you add, the more the power is split and the slower it charges. It is a bit underwhelming with all four slots in use, but it gets the job done.
