> 24 hourGreat umbrella. You push a button and it shoots open. You push it again and it snaps closed. You have to push the telescopic shaft back into the handle. The spring is a little stiff so just lean it into a wall or the floor while guiding it into the handle. Not sure why some havent figured that out by themselves... Its easy. People just want to blame everything and everyone else for user errors anymore. Figure it out, people. Not that difficult. It is not hard to do as some are suggesting. They are just doing it wrong and refusing to figure out anything for themselves and likely complain to managers too.
