Great umbrella. You push a button and it shoots open. You push it again and it snaps closed. You have to push the telescopic shaft back into the handle. The spring is a little stiff so just lean it into a wall or the floor while guiding it into the handle. Not sure why some havent figured that out by themselves... Its easy. People just want to blame everything and everyone else for user errors anymore. Figure it out, people. Not that difficult. It is not hard to do as some are suggesting. They are just doing it wrong and refusing to figure out anything for themselves and likely complain to managers too.

Great umbrella “if” it was easy to close. I bought it for my wife. I am a big guy and it is not easy for me to close, for my wife it’s almost impossible.

La primera vez que la use, 5 minutos más tarde cuando intenté abrirlo nuevamente para regresar, la sombrilla no funcionó. No quiso abrir y la barra del centro se sentía floja y sin control. Es buena la idea pero terrible producto. Se dañó con solo 5 minutos de uso. Tuve que salir bajo la lluvia. No merece ni una estrella

Used this umbrella for less than 4 months (around 4 times in total) and it failed. One of the metal wires mechanisms came undone and one side of the umbrella would limp. The seller claims they have great customer service and stand behind the quality of their product but once I reached out about the problem they didnt want anything to do with me. I just wanted them to take the faulty umbrella and send me a replacement one. They referred me to Amazon Customer service. The system wouldnt allow me to do anything given that the time for replacement had lapsed. Im lucky Amazon Customer service is worth something and they refunded my purchase. I wouldnt do business with this seller again. Buyer beware!

Very difficult to open. Pinched and bruised thumb trying to snap it shut. Does not open all the way you have to flip wires yourself total waste. just kicking myself that I missed the return window because its been sitting in a corner since I received it

This umbrella is very difficult to close. Quite a struggle. Not suitable for children or someone with carpal tunnel syndrome.

My only issue with this umbrella is the way it points upwards on the outside when its opened. The user needs to adjust it down with his/her hands - I understand its because of the way its folded up but it is a glitch. A decent umbrella otherwise.

Unsatisfied not pleased at all especially for the price
