Decided to bring car seat with us during air travel (bag check, not gate check). Bag is ample for Evenflo Maestro booster car seat plus we had room to include a book bag loaded with clothes! Bag quality is thick enough to be durable, but thin enough to be easily managed when unfolding, folding, closing and opening. Closure is convenient and so easy my 4 year old could effectively help! So far this bag has been through four flights and still looks new. The back-pack straps are a wonderful touch and I used that feature exclusively when moving the car seat from place to place. It allowed me to have both hands free so I could manage two pieces of luggage, an umbrella stroller and, of course, an excited 4 year old! Lastly, the company customer service is excellent!!! I had no reason to reach out to them as their product arrived as expected. However, in an effort to understand their customer, they contacted me - it was as if I walked into a store and engaged with staff in person. Even without this interaction I would still take the time to share these accolades. This product will be the last thing you have to worry about on an excursion. And that is what makes it so wonderful...you can focus on your family and make memories without worrying if your car seat cover is doing its job!

Bag allows for easy transport through the airport for gate check. Back pack straps are adjustable. I’m 4’11” and could still carry it. Did not check the car seat but I did see the plastic wrap on other car seats was mostly off. If I put this under I would make sure all straps were short to avoid them getting caught on the conveyor belt.

This VolkGo Durable Car Seat Travel Bag is better than I expected. Some reviews complained about the material durability, and maybe over time Ill have the same complaints. However, the material seemed durable and, aside from minor scuffs from being loaded and unloaded from an airplane, I didnt notice any damage to the travel bag. I dont recommend assuming your car seat will fit because it may not, so measure your car seat and compare with the dimensions they give. I just based my measurements on pictures of other customers and decided ours would fit, which it did. The bag was easy to use and easy to put away. As long as you pay a little attention to how you unfold it from the built-in bag (nice touch, by the way), you should be able to get it back in fairly easily. My only concern for the future with the bag is the handles. They held up just fine on our trip; the stitching seems strong, but incorporate multiple people handling it (me, airport workers, etc.) over time and I foresee it failing. Regardless, this is a very minor concern due to the fact the bag has multiple ways to carry it-- Backpack straps, front handle, and two side handles on one side. I look forward to using it again!

The first time we use this, the strap broke up and we didn’t reach the airport yet. I could tell it was cheaply made when I took it out of the bag.

I came back to edit my review because I got a full refund without asking for it. I know that things break, so I was writing an honest opinion to help someone out while shopping for a carseat bag. The bag is nice but on our first trip the plastic piece that holds the straps broke. I will do what someone else recommended and zip tie it! Even though the strap broke they have an awesome customer service team!

Got this for our trifold stroller and it fits with some extra room up top. Feels sturdier than another popular red travel bag that was suggested. I ordered both to compare and the other one was like a thin tarp material. This bag feels like it’s more durable… still a little thin but I don’t feel like there’s be holes after our first trip. Haven’t gate checked it yet but will update when I do.

Heavy duty and makes traveling with carseats a breeze! The ability to just toss them on your back to free up hands worked amazing! The material is thick and heavy duty as is the straps. We previously had a red bag purchased from Amazon and it was a much cheaper product. Would highly recommend this bag

So glad we had this for the airport navigation and keeping our car seat clean and protected. It was easy to fold and store in the plane. Easy to adjust and could fit a full car seat and a base (probably more). Very nice to be able to carry it on your back to keep your arms free.

I used it on the way to the Philippines and it is so durable that it is still intact and looks new. I can still use it on my next travel with my baby’s car seat. I am so satisfied with this purchase.

Fit my Graco convertible car seat just fine. We used this for 2 Flights and the bag held up well. I wish it had a zipper closure instead of drawstrings because I ended up having to tie knots in the strings to keep it closed. There is practically no padding on the shoulder straps so it was hard to carry across the airport. The secret is to align the car seat with your back so it’s behind you as if you were sitting in it. The bag itself was big enough to fit our puffy jackets in it as well as the car seat, but it doesn’t actually add any padding or protection other than just covering the car seat.
