Vallejo Game Color Dead White Paint, 17ml

Magic blue isnt just a name, its also a descriptor. Thick, well-pigmented, high coverage when properly thinned, all around extremely good paint.

This is my first experience with Vallejo Game Color. I know many people who swear by it so, when this color was discontinued in the paint line Id been using, I gave it a shot. So far Ive been fairly disappointed; the paint separates between each use and is difficult to re-mix. Additionally, it dries glossier than my other paints, which makes the layers with it stand out, in a bad way. It gets less shiny the better I mix it, but even after shaking vigorously for several minutes, there was a glossy nature to the layer. Mixing with my other paints helped mitigate the gloss.

Love Vallejo paints. This is a fair representation of the color of blood.

My son plays Warhammer and this is essential in his color palette. He swears by this particular color and we have a very hard time finding it locally. I purchased 3 so it will last a while.

Ive gotten a lot of vallejo paints and theyre almost always great. Sadly this dark green is one that came bad. Theres waaay too much medium and no amount of shaking has fixed it. Ive had a similar situation with their fluorescent magenta in the model color line. I dont know if these are color issues im not buying another one to find out though so word of warning for the dark green.

This is the best primer I have used yet! Coverage is good and the flow from the brush works well for me.
