one of the bottles was broken (the top plastic cap was completely cracked into pieces) when it arrived! the cream was leaking through the cracked open top. please replace or refund!

This product is amazing!!! I suffer with extremely dry skin. I use this everyday after I take a shower. I keep one tub in the shower and one in the bedroom and use it religiously throughout the day. No other cream has worked like this.
