Vanicream changed our lives. I have never said this about any product, but I sing its praises every chance I get. Vanicream, in my opinion, is the best moisturizing cream on the market for eczema. Our son developed severe eczema as an infant and we tried what seemed like every single cream on the market, he never got better no matter what we did. We first learned about vanicream via National Jewish Hospital (they use them in conjunction with wet wraps). After using it (along with a steroid cream at first and wet wraps) for the first time ever we saw improvement in his skin. His skin went from dry and cracked to smooth in a period of one month of consistent use. All babies should have smooth skin and we were so happy to get our sons smooth skin back. We apply it every day, especially right after a bath to maximize absorption of the cream. This is a miracle cream.
