> 3 dayGreat landing pad, fits my DJI Mavic Pro 2 perfectly. The pad doesnt always sit perfectly flat in tall grass, but it is better than having the propellers chop through the grass especially with small drones like the Air/Mini. This pad also helps reduce the amount of dirt recirculating underneath the aircraft (vortex ring state) when taking off on concrete or gravel surfaces. The pad folds up to about the size of an iPad mini and can easily be stored with your drone documents or in a laptop sleeve in your bag. High visibility, lightweight, convenient. My biggest concern is the durability as I could imagine the pad may begin to tear at the folds after extended use, but it would require heavy daily use to do so and you really only open and close the pad once per mission.

> 3 dayGot this to use with a DJI Mavic Air 2. The most popular options for landing pads seem to be the circular type with a spring-loaded mechanism (akin to collapsible laundry hampers), which are fine but not terribly compact when folded. Alternatively, there are some square folding options that are too light (and also lack a way to be tied down). The VCUTECH pad is made of an almost leatherette-style PU exterior, and its six internal pads give it enough weight to be stable in the field. The construction is of higher quality than most other options available, and so far definitely seems worth the slight premium. One other upside is that when the pad is folded, it fits nicely into VCUTECHs hard carrying case for the Mavic Air 2.

> 3 dayIve tried both this and the spring fabric ring type. I like this better. Its easier and quicker to get out and fold away again and it has enough weight to stay flat on the floor without pegging it down, where the fabric one used to blow around if there was any wind.

> 3 dayThis landing pad is great. It has enough weight to it to stay put even on windy days, yet light enough to take in a backpack! It is also easy to view from the air. Highly recommend!
