VEGAS Movie Studio 17

I recieved a serial product number for another product. I want my money back.

Paid more for the suite, but the assigned product key will not Activate the any of the bundled products. :(

Ive been using the Movie Studio Platinum series for over a decade. Back when it was SONY and not MAGIX. It was the economically priced little brother of the Sony Vegas program. I have always found this software series to be relatively easy to navigate and while Im certainly no expert, Ive found the UI to be more responsive and less of a headache than other major brands in the same price point.

Ive used Movie Studio various and never had any problem uploading or using. This time it has been the worst of the worst nightmares. After install when u try adding media it shuts down. I then bought another version and same thing. I tried free trial and it worked for a day then same thing. I tried uploading free trial again and same thing. Each time before I uploaded again I removed all other versions. Ive again tried to upload FROM SAME E MAIL and when I put in the serial number hat came with THE SAME E MAIL it is now no good. Ive tried to use my other Lap Top which has Movie Studio but now ity has an error code and wont work. Ive tried other movie editing software and Im so used to Vegas all others r difficult to learn. And SUPPORT? The worst of the worst. U will find only forums of what others have said they had problems with. No Fixes. U cant even chat. It takes days for a response which is useless. Im still trying because Im used to using it but I would not advise anyone to buy it now. Apparently theres a glitch that cant be fixed. Ive 160 videos on my You Tube channel and all edited with Movie Studio.

downloaded the software. it registered but would not activate. spent hours trying to contact an actual person to help me resolve the problem. i cant return it. so i guess i was just robbed.

Do not buy this. I bought this, downloaded and it seemed to work fine, but when I tried to open it again, it told me to activate it. I never got anything in any email as to what the activation code was. Spent like $50 for nothing. This is nothing but a scam. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Terrible version of Movie Studio. I have a new laptop with an Intel Core i7, 16GB memory and Nvidia graphics card and the program locks up constantly. Worse than Movie Studio 14. Would NEVER RECOMMEND IT.

Do not buy this! They are not selling you the actual video editing software its only the sound force/ music create the serial number will not work!! I want my money back this is BS!! why would Amazon allow a scam like this I am reporting you to amazon!! Do not buy this item!!
