VEGAS Movie Studio 17

Have had a very tough time getting this installed on my machine and now Im at a point where its installed but says its registered to another account. Cannot locate any form of phone or online help from Magix… really dont know what to do.

I still haven’t been able to use the software because it keeps saying that the serial number is invalid. I filled out a tech request to try and get this solved and still haven’t heard back from anyone

I owned Vegas back when Sony made it and had ZERO problems with it.

I recieved a serial product number for another product. I want my money back.

Buyer beware. No support from Vegas/Magix or Amazon. The key provided by Amazon doesnt work. Magix says Amazon should be able to remedy the issue, but Amazon says this is a Magix issue. No one wants to help, I get no refund and Ive wasted $45. Buyer beware...do not buy digital from Amazon.

I am a long time Vegas Movie Studio user for about a decade. Its far from the best video software, but it is just so intuitive and great at what it is and what I do.
