The company advertises a three-piece luggage set when in fact they only ship a small carry-on ...the quality looks good but the advertisement is very deceptive

Only issue I had was with the zipper and the TSA lock. Other than that. 3 planes and 4 countries later. With sood the journey and Im sure plenty of disrespectful handling.

When I received the luggage and unwrapped it, my first impression is that its flimsy and can easily bend. My wife and I went to the luggage store and see that much of the other hard shell luggage are similar. I will be traveling in December and will give a follow-up on the luggage at that time. My biggest disappointment is the lack of a power source for the built-in USB port. You need to have a portable battery that might fit inside the shell. If you need a portable battery to activate the charge then you really dont need this suitcase USB port.

Outer suitcase had scratches on one corner. Couldn’t return since we were leaving on our trip. So far so good otherwise

The handle will not go down. The carry on can no longer be used in overhead bins. My handle would not go down at the most inconvenient time boarding the plane. Unfortunately I am too scared to even fix this (have been trying for weeks), in the event it will not close prior to placing in the overhead. I would like a replacement please.

I like that it has a chargeable cord. I do not like that it doesn’t have a battery pack. I assumed it came with a pack that I could charge before my vacation and use when I needed it. It doesn’t just so you’re informed

It didnt meet my expectations. The 28 looks just a little smaller than I imagined. The inside of the suitcase was made of pretty cheap material with some seams coming off already. Overall, it doesnt look durable.

Loved thd set ..havent used them yet,, but they are very nice
