> 3 dayU use this in the basement, which is generally dark, as a movie projector. Picture quality is great. You need to hook up external speakers as internal speaker is not good. Also only one HDMI so you will need a splitter for two HDMI sources such as cable box and video games.

22-11-2024Love it! This works perfectly for outdoor movie nights on my inflatable 20 screen. The colors and brightness are great. The WXGA model is definitely the way to go. The resolution is fantastic. I am very pleased. I would have liked to have better functionality on the remote (like FWD, rewind, pause, etc) but not a huge deal. Youll want an external speaker if youre using it outside, but not a big deal at all. At $400 youll be hard pressed to find a better image out of a projector.

> 3 dayI bought this projector and another similar ViewSonic projector from this company. Neither projector was bright enough for the semi-dark room I was using for presentations so I returned both of them--together. I received an email that they had received notice both projectors had been shipped back and I received notice that they had received one projector but not the other--despite both projectors being shipped together and the company had notified me that they were aware BOTH projectors had been shipped from me back to them. Now they are saying that they are charging me again for the second projector. I did everything right on my end exactly as they requested and I cannot control if they lost one of the projectors I returned to them. Either that or they received the second projector and are simply charging me again for fun & profit.

> 3 dayThe only good thing is the brightness. Only had a couple weeks and now it shuts off every 5 mins and no picture is projected! Dont waist your money

> 3 dayI really want to give 5 stars, I really do. Shame on such a large company not advancing. Everyone knows audio SUCKS on projectors. Hence, audio out. You have multiple different inputs for video, but only one output works with Audio out. To make it worse, go spend more money on an adapter because what doesnt run on HDMI (DVD, FireStick, BlueRay). So the picture is good but support for Audio limits this use. Get a Female HDMI to VGA ... BUT ... make sure that adapter has Audio Out, because guess what!? You still cant use the audio out thats a part of the projector. I know there is a loss of quality in both sound and picture now. Shame. I got this months ago for a present and its too late to return otherwise back in the box for sure. Find one with modern technology!

> 3 dayThis projector is amazing if you can deal with 16:9 vs 16:10 then you can save money and get higher lumens than their HD models.

> 3 dayWorks great for my work presentation with mixed media. Took home and watched movies with it, great projector for a low budget home theater. Best when lights are dimmed or off.
