the monitor blinks on and off constantly. Clearly something wrong with it. Very disappointing given that it was new out of the box.

Nothing to complain about.

I bought this monitor to use with a new computer. The colors are great, nice bight images both with on line searching and saved photos. I have even noticed sharper images in Excel and other Office programs. Unfortunately I couldn’t give this a five star review because of the speakers. One word, TERRIBLE! Fished out an old pair of powered speakers that will do until I can research a decent pair. I listen to a lot of recorded books and couldn’t bear the sound, didn’t dare put on any music.
