I love all the options this monitor offers. I love that it has virtually no glare from the windows. I can move it all around to my perfect height and adjust the brightness with set users. So I have one for gaming and one for working. My only annoyance so far is that it makes some things pixelated that used to appear smooth. I have the display set properly, its just the point of getting used to how things look on this monitor versus my older 23 inch one I had. Have had much success with this playing games like CoD, the refresh is fast and the images are clear. Of course, a lot of that comes from the tower pushing the images, but the monitor displays it very well.

I wish I would have researched Viotek and their BBB and consumer rating before I purchased this. I will never buy another Viotek product again. The worst customer service I’ve ever received. Their monitor died after 33 days and when I sent it back it took a few weeks longer than they told me. I accepted that but once they decided to replace the whole unit I found out that even thought their warranty only specifies parts as “refurbished” they also provide refurbished even when it’s a total unit replacement. Seems wrong for spending that much money on a brand new unit. They were rude and dismissive on the phone and never tried to fix my issue or maintain me as a customer. Learn from my mistake and don’t buy from them.

Mainly used for a Xbox Series S. Runs games perfectly @ 120hz. Picture quality is excellent and I do not notice any ghosting. I have never used or heard of Viotek before this and this is pretty equal to my name brand Dell gaming monitor, aside from the OSD menu. That could use a little improvement in my opinion. For example, a shortcut menu that can be customized will be nice. I would put input there so I can easily switch between inputs w/o having to go through the whole OSD menu. I do like the ease of having the joystick as a control for the OSD menu instead of having multiple buttons for up, down, left, right, back, and select. I believe my Dell is 23.9 inches and this Viotek is 25 inches, which doesnt sound like a lot but I can tell the size difference and it is nice. RGB lights in the bottom and back cannot be changed colors, but thats okay, any RGB light is a plus. Overall, would give this monitor 4.7/5 stars. Highly recommend if you are looking for a monitor that performs well for gaming and wont break the bank. I would definitely go Viotek again if I was looking for a gaming monitor.

I use this for gaming and it’s fantastic! My GPU needs an upgrade but it’s a true 240hz monitor. For $300 it’s pretty worth it. Compared to most out there, this is highly worth the money. The monitor has great picture quality and a bunch of setting you can mess with for the perfect setup. One thing i did notice is that the Display Port cord it comes with, is the best option to get that 240hz. I tried an hdmi and it didn’t seem to to recognize the 240 and capped at 119.9hz.

This monitor was my step into the world of 240hz gaming and this is the most welcoming introduction I have had. The picture quality is actually quite decent, but if you are a fan of anything higher than 1080p, you may want to check elsewhere. Higher resolution aside, the picture quality is still very crisp, the color is great, and my games still look stunning. The 240hz refresh rate is smooth as butter, and I am able to aim perfectly with it. I would recommend this to anybody!

Was hesitant about trying a new brand for Monitors...Viotek has quite the selection and i wanted to get a 240 refresh rate Monitor. So i bought this 27 inch beast...easy to setup and picture is outstanding..recommend for gaming
