I like the product. Its cute. However, its not supposed to have batteries. The toy has batteries inside but the box didnt say it includes batteries let alone already installed inside. I feel like I received a used item that I paid for a brand new price----maybe Im wrong.

My daughter’s favorite toy since 5 months old and she’s now 10 months. She keeps coming back to this entertaining cow...not sure why it’s so addicting, but it is! I love it because it’s not too loud/annoying. It sings the alphebet, counts, plus it encourages emotional sensitivity by asking for hugs, and more!
