The plastic felt super cheap! (Like something youd get at the dollar store) our LO loves the sounds and we use this a lot as she practices her sitting, but I wish it were higher quality.

My little grandson loves these!

Our 8 month old granddaughter LOVES it! She is able to clasp & gnaw on the rings with no problem. And we love that the noise isnt continuous or can be turned off.
