> 3 dayThe monkey has been my best friend-toy since my 20-month old son was 6 months old. It has endured months of abuse...throwing, kicking, banging, you name it and it still sings. If this one EVER dies we will get another one. No question about it.

Greater than one weekLooks much smaller than I envisioned and of course it is not yet Christmas so it has not yet been taken apart but I tested it just as it--amazingly it comes with battery! Thank you VTech!--so you can test without opening the package. It is really cute. I think my 8-months old granddaughter will love it.

> 3 dayThis was a gift for my little cousin who is a 6 month old girl. I have never really shopped for toys before, but I liked this one because it was similar to the classic ring stacker by Fisher Price (http://www.amazon.com/Fisher-Price-71050-Brilliant-Basics-Rock-a-Stack/dp/B00000IZQP/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1432746238&sr=8-1&keywords=ring+stacker) I had seen before, but this one seemed to have more features/interactive modes. 1. The monkey on top sings and encourages whoever is stacking the rings as they go along. 2. On and off feature (basically, this thing can act as a normal ring stacker like all the other if you turn off the volume) 3. A LOT of songs and sounds that teach about colors and shapes The rings seem safe for babies, and my little cousin who is a girl absolutely loved it. I think the toy would be good for both boys and girls, and I think it will will be entertaining for her until she is at least 1 or 2.

Greater than one weekone of my grandsons favorite toys. Cute, and a number of songs available so it doesnt drive you nuts. It has an automatic pause when not being used, (so big saving on batteries!) with occasional gentle reminder do you want to play that attracts his attention and brings him back. Plus he can suck and chew on the rings! Perfect toy.

Greater than one weekThis is another favorite toy of my grandson. He loves the music and is quickly learning to stack the rings. He is 13 months, so sometimes they are not in the correct order. He is learning.
