This definitely isnt the best portable speaker out there, however for the price is a great choice. If your an audiophile this speaker will dissapoint you however for casual use/ working on your cars or taking to the beach this speaker does the job for alot less. I hope it lasts a few years of use.

> 3 dayI got this Bluetooth speaker on Prime Day for $62 which is a steal. It took over 3 hours to power it up out of the box. The Bluetooth connection is excellent and I was using it with my iPhone about 30 feet away from the speaker. The sound quality is outstanding even at max volume and the bass is booming. The battery life is not as advertised and I found after 3 hours use it needed a full recharge. It’s extremely heavy and very durable except for the exposed bass on the back of the speaker. So you need to protect that or you could easily damage the speaker. At $89 I think a JBL 5 or Bose speaker is superior. At the price I got it for I think it’s a tremendous buy and I’m happy with my purchase.

Greater than one weekI’ve had many Bluetooth speakers at this price point and after reading some reviews I picked one up and I cannot say enough good things about this speaker!! I will definitely buy another If this will never goes out. I use it daily for hours out and it last all shift I work 10 hours four days a week. Usually at a moderate level but I will turn it up now and again m. I work in a warehouse that has 4 30,000 ft sections and this fills up each room easily and it’s loud and clear it’s unbelievable the sound you get out of this little thing!! I know you can buy these and link them up I can’t even imagine what two or three of them would sound like

Honestly it was louder than I needed (along with being heavier); so I did return it. For a $76 speaker with a 40 hour life (at low volume) it is a great deal. I returned the item as the weight was wrong in the description. I have been told that that is being changed, it is 5.9#s.

Still missing a much-needed remote for play of MP3 files you have on your micro SD card. Sadly, there is nearly no control over the TF card reader. You can only skip forward & backward one song at a time and it selected a random playlist... My replacement unit they sent has FULLY WORKING Bluetooth, with FULLY WORKING volume. The company has been VERY helpful once the sales manager read my original review, then replacing the old unit with a new one. It seems they really do care, and want your product experience to be a GOOD ONE, & they put effort, time & resources to make that happen. In the end, I feel very confident in the company, and like everything that is man-made, you do have units that slip out which have problems, but the key here is, DOES THE COMPANY TAKE CARE of the problems, and this one, DOES!

A: No, you don"t need to do that because we have done the update from the factory. All versions we are selling now have installed the newest firmware.
Q: I bought 2 D9 speakers but they have different Bluetooth names, one is "W-KING D9", and the other is "W-KING D9-1" I can"t pair them for stereo, why?
A: They can"t pair together if Bluetooth names are different. If one of your speakers is D9 and the other is D9-1, please let us know.
