> 3 dayI bought this so I could float in the pool while reading my Kindle Paperwhite with no worries. It works great! I don’t even have to take my kindle out of the case. The string is slightly annoying but I’m sure it works for someone. I highly recommend this product and you cannot beat the price.

> 3 dayWorks great, and seems to be well made. The top is like a ziplock, then it folds over a couple of times and snaps, similar to a drybag. The plastic is nice and thick, and it has a cord so you could hang it around your neck if you wanted to walk somewhere with your kindle in it and wanted your hands free.

> 3 dayI like to take baths and read while I soak in the tub after a long day of heavy labor. I have a Kindle Paperwhite and a Kindle Fire 7 which I always use just for reading. Knowing theres a chance that eventually the Kindle that I take into the bath with me will eventually end up in the drink, I always take my Fire 7 because its a lot cheaper. Well, one day I dropped the Fire 7 right in the water and as you can probably guess, it fried it. I got on Amazon and was ready to order a new Fire 7 when I decided to look and see if there might be a waterproof case or something I could put the Paperwhite in and just use it. I found this; a lot cheaper than buying a new Fire. It is made of heavy, clear plastic of some sort and has not one but three Ziplock type sealers on the top. You just drop your tablet in and seal the three Ziplocks, fold them under, snap the top shut and youre good to go. I still had my doubts that it was 100% waterproof. And then I dropped the Paperwhite into the water. I panicked and immediately opened the case and to my relief, the Paperwhite was bone dry! Its a simple idea but serves its purpose well. I would recommend this case to anyone who reads anywhere near water. Or surfs the net or whatever on a smaller tablet. Its cheap and it works! I am including 2 pics, one showing the Paperwhite in the case all sealed and the second just showing the Ziplocks on the top.

> 3 dayThis was perfect! I love to read in the pool and at the beach and this product allowed me to do just that on my recent cruise! It is totally waterproof and the touch screen works great. My husband and son even used it to record themselves going to down waterside! Works great...definitely recommend!

> 3 dayWorked perfectly for what I needed. The clear panels had a couple imperfections on one side, but overall I was able to read in the pool so Im a happy camper.

> 3 dayI bought this for a kindle paperwhite, but luckily it also works nicely for an iPad mini so I was able to share the wealth with friends while at the beach. It feels nice and secure and waterproof - no water or sand on my kindle. Highly recommend!

24-11-2024I had one for about two weeks that saw very gentle use. It was perfect until the day the seam holding the black flap, wore thin for some reason, and it now leaks profusely. Luckily i discovered it before the tablet was ruined.

Greater than one weekFull disclosure: I have not attempted to submerge my Kindle while it was inside this bag. I did try leaving it in water with a paper towel in it to see if it had any leaks, and the paper towel came out dry. The only other time Ive used it was to read a book while soaking in the bath. I was able to use my Kindle while my hands were wet without worry of damaging it. I found that I was able to use the touch screen to turn the page without issue. All in all, Im not confident in this bags ability to keep my Kindle dry while submerged. I do, however, trust it to protect my Kindle from being splashed on.
