> 3 dayFull disclosure: I have not attempted to submerge my Kindle while it was inside this bag. I did try leaving it in water with a paper towel in it to see if it had any leaks, and the paper towel came out dry. The only other time Ive used it was to read a book while soaking in the bath. I was able to use my Kindle while my hands were wet without worry of damaging it. I found that I was able to use the touch screen to turn the page without issue. All in all, Im not confident in this bags ability to keep my Kindle dry while submerged. I do, however, trust it to protect my Kindle from being splashed on.

Greater than one weekThis is awesome to use while Im in the pool. Its clear, easy to see and the seal is secure (three heavy duty ziploc type closures that fold over each other and they and snap enclosure to keep it that way). The only reason I gave it a 4 star is that there is really no easy way to turn my Kindle Keyboard on or off easily. I crunch up the cover and then slide the switch. Im afraid it will damage the waterproof feature eventually. if anyone has a better suggestion please let me know.

> 3 dayI purchased this to use on vacation so that I could take my Kindle Paperwhite with me to the beach and pool without worrying about it getting splashed. It worked well. I did not dunk this in water, so I cant attest to the full waterproof-ability of this product, but it did provide me with peace of mind. I plan to use it throughout the summer at home when I go to the pool as well.

> 3 dayStill use it and even with the ziplock part broken, if you fold them over and button down the black tab it still keeps the water out. Still able to touch screen through the plastic, make sure to dry the outside off before taking your phone/tablet out.

> 3 dayUsing the touch screen on the phone is rather difficult through the bag. I found my self having to take the tablet out of the bag to turn the page for the ebook I was reading while floating on the water. But it did keep the tablet safe and dry

> 3 dayI like to take baths and read while I soak in the tub after a long day of heavy labor. I have a Kindle Paperwhite and a Kindle Fire 7 which I always use just for reading. Knowing theres a chance that eventually the Kindle that I take into the bath with me will eventually end up in the drink, I always take my Fire 7 because its a lot cheaper. Well, one day I dropped the Fire 7 right in the water and as you can probably guess, it fried it. I got on Amazon and was ready to order a new Fire 7 when I decided to look and see if there might be a waterproof case or something I could put the Paperwhite in and just use it. I found this; a lot cheaper than buying a new Fire. It is made of heavy, clear plastic of some sort and has not one but three Ziplock type sealers on the top. You just drop your tablet in and seal the three Ziplocks, fold them under, snap the top shut and youre good to go. I still had my doubts that it was 100% waterproof. And then I dropped the Paperwhite into the water. I panicked and immediately opened the case and to my relief, the Paperwhite was bone dry! Its a simple idea but serves its purpose well. I would recommend this case to anyone who reads anywhere near water. Or surfs the net or whatever on a smaller tablet. Its cheap and it works! I am including 2 pics, one showing the Paperwhite in the case all sealed and the second just showing the Ziplocks on the top.

> 3 dayI love to read and I have to walk laps in the pool for physical therapy which had me bored out of my mind. Since being able to read a book while doing my other cardio workouts has greatly helped me enjoy and be more regular at the gym I wished I had a way to keep reading even when in the pool. When I found this I was very excited. It works great and makes my lap time so much more enjoyable.

> 3 dayThis neat little waterproof sleeve got me back in the pool. Disability makes it hard for me to get enough exercise in, and we moved to Arizona specifically because of the ability to tend my health better here. My activity level has to be very slow, so to get benefits, I have to exercise for a long time. Because I cant actually do much activity, things like swimming can get very dull -- but with this, I take my kindle, and I can tread water for an hour or hour and a half or so, and get some needed exercise and not be bored out of my skull.

> 3 dayPerfect for the beach as a waterproof bag/purse. iPhone also fits perfect in the pack with the Kindle. However, yes it there’s the but, trying to read the Kindle through it at the beach I is not happening. Every time I try turn the page it changes the font multiple times. Can’t even swipe it to turn on the Kindle. Ziplock bags doing a better job of keeping the Kindle dry and sand free to read.
