The second day of fiddling with it, and it works now. Solved by comments by the people who own it, not from customer support. One problem was the camera wouldnt recognize the qr code, unless it was enlarged to my tablet size. Then the huge delay was in the fhd mode not the sd mode. That should be mentioned in the instructions.

Camera and cloud storage are very affordable and the functions and quality are great. Definitely as good or better than more expensive options.

I have two of these cameras and they integrate very well into the app. Never had any issue since i have been using them for few weeks now. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a indoor cam.

I like this camera because of the pan and tilt option. I can see where I need to see while Im away, like keeping an eye on my pets. With the motion detection I can also keep an eye on my kids, if they come in to late. Picture quality is pretty good also night vision is good quality also. Sometimes it loses it connection but it always reconnects with out having to reset the camera. I have 3 of these cameras so far and will be buying more for around my house inside and out. Thanks for and great product.

I already have 6 cameras of wansview, they seem to work quite well hence i decided to buy the same brand again. I was able to get the camera installed and connected to the app in less than 15 minutes. Setup and connectivity is super easy. Open the wansview app, select the camera type, select 2.4 ghz wifi , enter password and scan the bar code generated in the app with the new camera that you want add . The camera reads the bar code and connects to wifi. This is super easy and fast. Mounting it also needs two screws and thats about it. Very pleased with the experience. Only good thing would be if they could allow recording to be stored locally beyond 24 hours.

I received the camera and installed it which was easier than anticipated. The app download/setup was also a piece of cake. The image/video quality is what sticks out with this camera. It is sharp and clear, even when dark or in night mode. I set mine up in my garage as a security camera/ pet camera and I couldnt be more pleased. This camera allows pan and tilt function allowing me to see the entire garage, and surprisingly clear 2-way audio. Con - you need an SD card or cloud subscription for longer than 10 sec video captures. It does not come with an SD card. They can be picked up rather cheap, or the cloud subscription is reasonably priced.

The Wansview Q7 Pet Camera Monitor is an excellent resource with a high quality picture. I am a caregiver and this camera monitor is a blessing to have while running errands.
