Ive just brought two rescued guinea pigs into my preschool classroom. We try to keep the classroom environment calm, peaceful, and nurturing with neutral colors and natural materials. The plastic magenta-colored house that came with our new pets was glaringly gaudy. This wicker hut is perfect! Its exactly as pictured and described. I am so happy with it, Im considering ordering another to already have on hand when the current one needs to be replaced!

Our guinea pig likes to hang out in here, but she doesnt chew on it like I thought she would. I really wanted something dual-purpose. Shes probably just picky.

Guinea pigs chewed the roof and are fighting over who can live in it. Gives them something to do.

This hut fits both of my piggies perfectly. They seem to want to chew on it (which I am totally fine with). They love the hiding space and I love the benefits of the product. It is a little larger than I thought, so I would keep that in mind.

My rabbit just teared apart this basket and he loves it. It was the best and safest alternative to the furniture he kept on chewing through. I plan to buy many more.

Its perfectly sized for my two boys, rats, I can usually find them snuggled up there. Its not he easiest to clean cause of the weave but common sense would make that obvious.

Most importantly the Guinea pigs love it. The chew peep holes in the bottom inch and tops too. We stick treats through the holes and the most skiddish piggies hide and watch us as us humans entertain them daily. Love love love twigloos. This particular one should only fit 1 pig, but occasionally 2 will pack in. We usually buy the BIG huts - and they pack in on top of each other because they can I guess... all peeping through their strategic peep holes...

My chinchilla loved it! He was able to hop on top of it and hide inside of it, he chewed through it pretty fast and the top broke while he was on it after he chewed through it a bit, but I would definitely buy another as he enjoyed it while it lasted!

Nice product for the price and I received it promptly. The opening could be a little bigger so I could see into it better but my rats have no issue climbing under it to hide and sleep. Theyve chewed on it a little bit but I wasnt expecting them to go too crazy with chewing.
