Super easy to use. I like the flat, narrow end and I used that to help pry off the larger, wire supported keys. Also used the flat end to help push o-rings onto the keycaps. Worked perfectly and made installing o-rings easier than it would have been otherwise.

I ordered this WASD keycap puller when I was about to replace the stock keycaps that came on on a new Filco Majestouch 2 TKL keybooard (also ordered on Amazon). I used the tool only to pull the smaller keycaps. After removing the smaller keycaps, the larger ones are more accessible and can be easily removed by hand ---there is no need to struggle stretching the wires over the ends of the larger keys, like the Shift, Backspace or Space bar, as some reviewers have complained about. Wire keycap pullers like this one are generally preferable to the simpler plastic ring keycap pullers which can scratch some keycaps when clipped on. The WASD wire keycap puller has the additional advantage that the top of the handle doubles as a spudger opening pry tool. The product fully met my expectations and was delivered quickly.
