Its an m.2 drive and its fast!

I built a new computer back in December and since daily driving it for a while now I can say that this SSD is extremely worth it, especially if you can get it into a proper Gen 4 or 5 PCIe slot. As a comparison I used to have Halo Infinite on a Samsung 850 Pro over SATA, and the initial load time was in the 30+ second range. With the game on this SSD it loads in less than a second. This is also helped by an upgraded CPU and memory as well, but its definitely the largest contributor to the quicker loads.

I am amazed on the speed and efficiency. I have always trusted western digital, as there may be brands people like better, they have been making hard drives since 1956! They know what they are doing.

Not a gamer but heavy user. Good thing my system has a PCIe slot and swapped the SSD out. Bench test I got 2600 MB/s . With the old SSD I was getting 420 MB/s. Performance speed is like night an day.

So far so good, plugged it into my laptop and it recognized it and I am up and running again
