This is a very fast and stable NVME drive. Has great throughput and if your board can support it, then I highly recommend it. Ive worked with WD for decades in my professional career and have always found their storage products to be top notch.

All the WD products Ive ever bought have worked right out of the box. This M.2 was no exception. I have it as a boot drive and no problems so far even after 7 hour long gaming sessions.

currently not using full speed because of my motherboard pcie is 3.0, upgrading soon to get max speeds, got it at sale near gen3 ssd prices so why not, runs just a little warm with motherboard heatsink, would not recommend using it without one

Grabbed this for a new Alienware M17 R5 laptop I just received. It supports two M.2 SSDs and I wanted another drive for the games and Oculus programs to install to rather than having them on the main system SSD.

So far so good, plugged it into my laptop and it recognized it and I am up and running again

I used this to replace an SSD on my desktop and this thing is fast! I was shocked at how much it increased my boot up time and loading applications.

So this is sold as a 1TB drive but I only show a total of 930GB before partition or format. Thats 70GB thats missing which is actually quite a lot. WD should be adding more space so that its closer to the actual advertised size. I have a gaming computer and this is a bit slower than the 512 hd Im replacing even though its supposed to be a better drive.

This drive does exactly what it supposed to do and performs really well, especially for the price. I got it from a Cyber Monday or Black Friday sale for $44.99 and couldnt be happier.

I bought a $350 laptop off of eBay that included a 1tb hdd. Restart took 1.5 minutes. After I installed the sn770 drive, the restart took 25 seconds. Its the first time in my life Ive used Windows at such a fast speed. It is almost comparable to my tab S8 ultra android tablet. Now I use the old 1tb as a backup drive and run main functions and apps of the new SSD. This drive is unbelievable.
