The many reviews can lead to skepticism, but I absolutely love it. A very quick install and formatting was just as easy. Took about 5 minutes to transfer my games to the new ssd, so I am very pleased. Time to load my storage up with all the games I love.

Works as intended and functions flawlessly. Installation was a piece of cake as well.

A bit pricey, but severely needed for storing games and media on the limited space available on the PS5.

Seen a lot of bad reviews so I gave this the 3 month,90 day try and I must say… if you are having trouble with this it might be a defect… mine sbeen working perfect, games run smooth on my PS5, and the memory is large. Definitely worth it

It took about 5 minutes to get this installed into my PS5 (including the time to disconnect/reconnect cables and get the drive formatted). The case was pretty easy to remove - once you have it flipped upside down with the power connector on your left, gently press down on the right side corner closest to you/the back of the device, and slide it to the left (also hold the left side corner furthest from you to make sure the cover doesnt go flying). Remove a screw for the SSD slot, move the fitting where needed, and pop it all back together. The PS5 reported the read speed somewhere around 6500 once installed (cant remember if it was 63 something or 66 something, but in that general range), and it gave me the option to install either/both PS4 and PS5 games to the SSD.

I was so surprised when I installed the SSD it was so quick and easy it took less then 3 minutes to install amazing 10 out 10 would recommend

I bought it because I was tired of the limited storage space that the console comes with by default. It was easy to install, and when I turned on the console, the memory was immediately recognized and formatted. The product arrived well packaged and without any damages. So far, I have no complaints about the product. I recommend it if you want to increase the storage capacity of your console.
