You need a small screwdriver to install the memory in the console. Thankfully there are many videos that show how to install it in less than 5 minutes. Definitely worth it.

I got this shipped same day, and had no issues setting it up. Plugged right into the ps5s nvme slot, the system recognized it, and was able to format it no issues. Speeds look to be as advertised.
