Bought the 2TB without a heatsink and attached a third party heatsink (15 bucks) and runs like a charm. Its easy to install and the PS5 recognized it and formatted it within seconds. Performs even better than the console SSD.

Unfortunate necessity for PlayStation 5. Now that all games are install based only, cds are useless and you absolutely need storage expansion for ps5 games. This does what it should as advertised. But make sure you have the right screwdriver, as it is necessary for installation.

It bearly moves the needle on my monitor software when accessing 50GB or less on 50GB or more its loads everything into memory in a couple seconds

It doesn’t work I installed it on my ps5 and it doesn’t even work don’t buy it

Drive arrived with the box a little bet up but was perfectly fine. Installed into heatsink and mounted fine. Test showed all was working. Nothing more you can ask for.

I use this with my Gaming PC and it is absurdly fast
